Would that be the nail in the coffin for anyone who still thinks Westbrook>Harden. Are we going to ignore it? Will espn and the media ignore it? Honestly I think its going to happen. This will be a big bonus for us that have been knowing this all along

    1) There's already no doubt Harden > Westbrook

    2) Yes, the media will ignore it

    3) "Harden has too much help"

It's not just that Harden is better... it's also that Chris is a better player than Westbrook. Melo should have every opportunity as long as Chris Paul is playing.

This, it is funny the respect Paul gets in the media. Also, I noticed he gets a little more respect from the refs too. What's great is I don't think Paul or Harden cares who gets the credit. If Paul gets the credit he will no doubt give credit to Harden just as much as himself which will cause the media to pause for a second but then say how great of a teammate Paul is. I do trust Paul more than Harden in terms of leadership but Harden has bought in and allowed Paul to help be a leader on this team. Both should get tons of credit if this works out like it should.

The biggest reason for me is the accuracy of their passes. That has rubbed off on Harden a bit IMO. It is an underrated aspect of a point guard. There is a reason guys like Mark Jackson got so many assists and it mainly boils down to providing an accurate pass at just the right time. Some guys have it (Paul, Harden, Nash) and some guys don't (Westbrook). Melo already knows this which is why he has been wanting to play with an elite passing PG since Billups. Now he has 2 of them...

I've pondered this for an hour and I've decided yes - there is absolutely no way that this thought could have been posted in one of 1,211 Carmelo threads that already exist on Clutchfans.

And we haven't even signed him yet.

No one says Westbrook > Harden (overall). We just know Westbrook plays with more fire, intensity, and heart than Harden.

Don't need that know Harden is better than Westbrook.

Westbrook is an eye sore, I hated watching him play basketball last year.

    F graded post.

Why can't it be "MDA is a better coach than Billy Donovan"?

Or even better, comparing him with his time in the Knicks, which having the same coach also, maybe just because Morey > KFC?

Just because Westbrook won the MVP over Harden, there is no reason to blame/hate him on everything.
