    Anderson, nanu, CC out
Snell, henson, Feliciano in. Add Melo after buyout.

    Parker to Bulls.
Keep all our picks. Maybe we get some sort of real asset back (pick). Just one possibility.

There's leverage here with Capela's RFA status.

Dude, you can't move Capela for a package like that just to shed Anderson's salary. That would be front office malpractice.

It's insane how irrationally he hates Capela.

Sending out (by far) the best player in a trade for spare parts always works well.

You know, I always wondered how franchises like the Kings and Knicks make such bad decisions so routinely.

Then I read Clutchfans in the offseason and see how irrationally some people here approach the market. I haven't seen ONE post that even makes a strong case for why we should trade Capela. But I've seen dozens proposing we trade him for Tom, Dick and Harry at 50 cents on the dollar.

Why? Why would you do this?

This so so gross that I am blown away a Rockets fan would ever suggest this garbage trade.

That's one of the worst trade proposals ever …. Capela for nothing and Ryno's contract for nothing. That contract is the only real avenue to improve this roster in the near future and Capela is irreplaceable at this juncture. And you want to move both for a poo platter …..

Thunder would essentially be out of trade partners if this deal goes through.

bballholic is the same guy who said the Rockets would not make the playoffs with Capela as the starting center. You have to admit, the guy's at least committed to being stupid and not wishy washy.

    True

    Capela isn't going anywhere.

BTW, I'm not an insider. LOL

Yeah, you basically use Capela to swap Anderson for three bad contracts.

Kinda sucks cause i would've love to see OKC lose a 1st rounder and something else in the process.

The Bulls are on the verge of signing Simeon product and Bucks forward Jabari Parker, according to two sources familiar with the negotiations.

Parker, the No. 2 pick in the 2014 NBA draft, has averaged 15.3 points and 5.5 rebounds over four seasons. He also has torn his left ACL twice. He was enjoying his best season in 2016-17, averaging 20.1 points and 6.2 rebounds in 51 games before his first knee injury. Last season, Parker averaged 12.6 points in 31 games.

The Bucks have until 11:59 p.m. Central to rescind their qualifying offer, which would make Parker an unrestricted free agent. The Bulls don’t yet know if they’re signing Parker to a deal as an unrestricted free agent or to an offer sheet as a restricted free agent, which the Bucks could match. Either way, it’s expected to be a short-term deal, a source said.

The deal isn’t finalized and there are some hurdles to overcome, but it could become official as early as Saturday.

Though the 6-foot-8 Parker, 23, has alternated between power and small forward, the Bulls’ initial plan is to start him at small forward, a position of need.

Parker was one of the most decorated players in Illinois prep history at Simeon. He is the only player to be voted Mr. Basketball of Illinois twice, and he was the second player in state history to start for four state championship teams after Peoria Manual’s Sergio McClain. Parker spent a season at Duke before entering the 2014 draft.
