If you watched it and were honest with yourself you'd see a guy that was clearly too biased to hold the position that he held who was barely able to hide his disdain for Republicans while on the stand. It was very clear that he's your typical unhinged left winger and he got absolutely drilled.....while the Democrats tried to do everything they could to obstruct the process and come to his aid.

Anyway, I understand why someone with your perspective would fool yourself into thinking that Strzok came across well or that he "slapped down" anyone, but that's simply not what happened. I would agree that it was BRUTAL the way he was torn apart all day long, but I mean, he's guilty so that's going to happen.

    Nope.

Don't even bother, you are wrong on this one.

Just because you say something, it doesn't make it true.

ive yet to see any proof or evidence that strzok did anything underhanded in the investigations and the idea that this one agents texts now means that the entire russian investigation is a witch hunt or that the whole collusion case is now invalid is ridiculous. its grasping for straws on the part of the republi-trumps. the way they conducted themselves yesterday was f***ing pathetic.

however, i do believe that strzok should have been fired instead of just reassigned. he used government/taxpayer property to send private messages to his mistress. that alone should warrant firing. the fact that he was having an affair with someone else in the fbi should also have been grounds for firing. everyone has political opinions and biases...but someone in that position can not be expressing them on their work phones. there can be no appearance of bias or conflict and this dude exposed himself and is hurting the credibility of the mueller investigation. it is very unfortunate and again, i dont see any evidence that his bias impacted the investigation...but it all comes back to the fact that it just looks bad.

i know someone who is a military officer and works for the defense department. hes got the highest security clearance and has even been to area 51 (they blindfolded him on the way out there). you cant get him to talk politics no matter how much you push him. i know him pretty well, but i have no idea of what he thinks about trump. he wont discuss politics at all. and that is what you want out of people like that. they need to be politically neutral so that there can be no question of bias.

Even Fox contributors are pointing it out.

Hell Britt Hume even said it.

Some how, a very unsympathetic FBI agent destroyed a congressional committee and no one ever saw it coming.

BtG is a troll, so by definition he is not serious.

I find it best to just ignore his silly triggered snowflake opinions.

I don't doubt that you think that and I understand how a scumbag like Strzok would be a hero to you given that you share his bias but if not for that there's no way you'd be able to fool yourself into thinking that he came across looking good yesterday. It was a well deserved public beating of someone who is an absolute disgrace to the FBI and DOJ community.....but again given that your tribe wishes to give him a Purple Heart, it doesn't surprise me that you are incapable of seeing things the way they are.

Pretty obvious that "someone" does not know how government service works for career civil servants. It's our job. We do it regardless how we feel about the incompetent elected boobs and appointed schlubs at the the top. I've worked both state & federal civil service for 30+ years sometimes under administrations that I found so abhorrent I considered quitting. Personal feelings about an administration do not factor in to the execution of your daily job. This is true of every colleague I've had the pleasure of working with over the years. Pretty simple.

I know for those on the sociopath spectrum it is probably difficult to perceive this ability to dislike someone but continue to do your job without your personal feeling effecting your actual job performance.

Have the new indictments dropped yet?

    Oh fun!

Happy new indictment day on the fraudulent Mueller investigation that will lead to no findings.

Lets see what process crime they make up this time!

We are not talking about day to day office duties. We are talking about someone who was performing investigations that could lead to criminal prosecutions. There is a huge difference between someone begrudgingly having to follow the company line they may not agree with and someone actually being part of the criminal justice system. The bias could actually jeopardize a criminal prosecution or lead to not pushing all of the evidence needed to secure an indictment and/or prosecution.

When conducting investigations is your "day to day office duties" there is no difference.

The Russians are our friends and soon to be our closest ally. And that Putin is such a standup guy!!!

That some **** sandwich the DoJ just served up to the POTUS, right before his Putin meeting.

It's not surprising that investigatory ethics and integrity would be something that would go over your head....especially since it would never have been relevant to you while working at the DMV or whatever for 30+ years.

Ah, another set of worthless indictments against foreign nationals with no hope of anything ever coming from them. Strong response to Mueller's boy getting slapped around yesterday.
