Trump is a symptom of our horrible gutter levels of discourse in this country while at the same time making it worse.

I find your use of ebonics out of place and borderline offensive. I hope you don't do this when you are not anonymous. cringe

It's the massive double speak on this message board that really irks me .

On one hand Obama's carefully crafted words with slight hints towards having an affinity towards police reform which is seen as anti-white was seen as the ultimate divisiveness that was tearing this country apart while at the same time agreeing that Trump's words are stupid, incoherent, brash, absurd etc but won't cross the line and say it is dividing the nation.

The cogntive dissonance man... It's pathetic .

Triggered by my use of 'ebonics' instead of people like Coulter stroking racial animosity between two minority groups?

Seems like your priorities are about right for a conservative.

I wasn't even thinking about that too lol but yeah, I remember a few right-wing posters getting on Obama for what they thought of as divisive language but excuse all the crap Trump says.

    Some consistency would be nice.

    [Premium Educational Post]

Obama was a bad man who sought to divide our country and undermine our elections. He'd cozy up to foreign powers to get them to like him - all who were once enemies while making deals with getting nothing in return. He constantly lied and spoke derisively towards minorities and women. and jumped to conclusions without having read anything. He pushed the boundaries of the executive branch making unilateral decisions to pull out of agreements or decree executive orders of dubious legal standing. He was the most corrupt politicians, using his power to help his children with their businesses as well as having shady connections to our enemies that suggested some kind of behind-the-doors puppeteering. He's constantly rolling over to big time leaders. He's the most divisive leader ever and for the first time we see whites and blacks fighting, old and young, rich and poor, Rockets fans and non-Rockets fans.

    You are welcome.
    Good Day

Well don't worry, I'm black, and yes, I would use that outside of here, because plenty of black people use ebonics. Sometimes just because, sometimes for jokes, sometimes for whatever. I'm not sure how that's making fun of black people though...

It's interesting that this has such an effect on you but when people like Coulter openly try to pit two minority groups against one another it's not even a blip on your radar.

Her quote is 2 years old. It would have to be a big blip.

You have to remember you look like Darth Vader on this forum which translates to a 40 years old obese neckbeard. When you go full ebonics to make fun of black people you have to remember the history of denigrating black americans on the basis of intelligence and impulsive behavior then talk in that context.

How do you feel about this mother being separated from her young daughter? Her story is the old mad tried to grab her and we presume her innocence.

Did they charge her with a hate crime? I would lean that way.

It's already serious crime, is there a hate crime multiplier for assault with a dealdy weapon?

She's still pushing this crap today. Trump is still pushing this "Immigrants bring crime" crap today. She's still telling people, black people, that they should fear Mexicans.

I honestly DGAF what you think about me so bringing up that I have a Darth Vader avatar is completely useless.

"OMG! He likes Star Wars! He must be a neckbeard! GOT EM!"

    Okay, good for you.

Only some complete snowflake would think a black person using ebonics is denigrating black people on the basis of intelligence.

I guess you should direct your mock anger at all the songs, shows, comedians that also use ebonics. How about all the authors who used ebonics for a black character? Have you consumed one bit of black media or do you just ignore it all? It's a curious thing to think that a use of ebonics is instantly mocking and insulting black people to you. Not sure I've ever seen someone so 'offended' by it.

There are white people that OPENLY use ebonics, no one bats an eye. Stephen King used ebonics for a black character in his Dark Tower series, no one called him racist, no one cares about it dude. All it is, is dialect, it's like getting mad at someone for using a southern twang or any other kind of accent...and if you think of someone less intelligent for using it that's on you.

This was so easy man, so very easy. All you had to do was say "This is rhetoric I don't agree with..." or something similar and move on.

I didn't hear her side of the story but it sounds like she's a violent racist and I have little sympathy for her. I have sympathy for the kid though.

projection. this was your entire intent in using it. I'm glad you've dropped it in a discussion of you thinking black americans being easily persuadable tho These are serious issues that don't need racist dog whistles.

    Lol.

The funny thing is I've always used ebonics and slang here but you are going to desperately hang on to this mock offense tactic instead of just admitting that sometimes conservative media goes too far with their racial rhetoric.

Again, you obviously haven't consumed one bit of black media or you wouldn't be getting on a black person for using ebonics.

Those are your thoughts clearly. I've condemned the rhetoric of both Coulter and Trump and their rhetoric is not just aimed at black americans. The rhetoric works the same no matter the race is my stance.

Meanwhile, you do all you possibly can to avoid condemning a fellow conservative for divisive language, including mock outrage that you've never had before.

In context, you are Darth Vader here talking about eggshell brains. In context of a TV show, the comedy and source is obvious. I guess I have never seen your posts very often, probably the context .

WTF? What does my avatar have to do with anything? Your avatar is what, a mugshot of a guy who harassed a Trump supporter? Should I reference that in EVERY post you make? I've never used the term egshell brains either.

The context was me mocking Ann Coulter. In fact, it wasn't even original...

breh, I gave you my opinion about your cringe post. I don't know how better to explain no one can see the context of your race through a phone on a BBS where you are darth vader.

back on topic, how is it you have avoided this mind control and not beaten mexicans with a brick?

Nah, you changed the subject because you couldn't counter my point and so did this whole faux outrage BS.

Yes, let's get back on topic then and understand the context of this discussion.

Hmm, interesting viewpoint, now, watch my counter... pay attention now.

Hmmmm...I wonder if the person that posted that and all those that cosigned the original post I was responding to agree that Coulter's rhetoric is divisive?

    Oh wait...

Funny, @fiersdownbelow is the person that brings up the subject of race-baiting rhetoric first but you mock my post instead of his.

    Smooth, really smooth...
