Republicans are showing they have no moral compass and are willing to be traitors to protect their president. It's one of the lowest points in our history and these bums will go down as scumbags.

    This is how democracy dies.

We don't know whats in the documents. And most likely, in fact, based on what we know at this point, almost certainly the gop is on yet another frantic effort to confuse and deflect. Regardless... it increases the risk of sensitive information (unrelated to these questions) are needlessly leaked out, risking FBI investigations, informants, intelligence operations, and even the safety of FBI and intelligence agents. All to defend trump.

So far all Congress has tried to do is have oversight over the FBI and DOJ that they are entitled to and expected to do. The DOJ and FBI have obstructed all the way. Every time another layer of the onion is peeled away, we find more and more misdeeds in the way the FBI and DOJ have handled all of this from the beginning. If the FBI handled things improperly, the public deserves to know. In case you haven't noticed, there have been several people at the FBI who have been fired, demoted, or quit. That is not a coincidence.

If Trump is as dirty as you and so many on the left believe him to be he should be very easy to take down without the FBI and DOJ breaking the rules.

Show me these multiple layers. So far all we have is an FBI agent expressing his private political opinions and an IG report headed by GOP appointies saying it had no tangible effect on investigation decisions.

Yeah, they’re appealing to the lowest common denominator. GOP/Republicans used to stand for something. Now they’re just a notch above literal apes throwing feces.

They’re like the reality TV of politics. It’ll get you cheap viewership for a bit, but eventually it collapses. I’ll give them credit. They literally do whatever it takes to gain power and pull. The Democrats are playing a different game.

if only you'd be specific, such as who, when and how.

absent that, one can only conclude that this is yet another eg of you parroting facts-free rhetoric

it is miniscule in comparison to the number of
    • Trump campaign team members prosecuted by team Mueller
      • and that's not even counting the future prosecution of Fredo Trump and Jared Kushner
    • Trump WH / cabinets who have been fired or quit. there is a thread devoting to that.

He may have been biased. What came out was that even if he was there was no way that his supposed bias means that the investigation itself wasn't conducted fairly and professionally.

Uh no, the majority of the people are voting for the left.

Republicans are lying, cheating and stealing their way into the majority.

They are frauds. Its not a political party, its a band of power hunger dickheads which are destroying our democracy.

Republicans have taken advantage of the electoral college and gerrymandering to get their power. Smart moves by them since they aren't the majority.

    No, stop beating a strawman.

We also have multiple states where the majoirty vote Democrat at the State Rep level yet Republicans hold the majority at state congresses.

Currently in the US House of Representatives, the Republicans are over-represented by 21 seats with a miniscule 1.2 % difference in national voting totals for all districts tallied up.

    Thank you gerrymandering .

6 million more people voted for Democrats in US Senate elections. The Republicans hold the Senate.

More people voted for the Democrat in the Presidental election. The Republican won the election.

More people in this country vote Democrat.

This country's government is over-represented by the GOP .

Oversight isn't what this as as all. It is like the vast majority of what Congress does. Political grandstanding.

There's absolutely no question as to if he's biased or not, he clearly was. When you have an investigation with clearly biased people at the top it calls into question the entire investigation....and if he had any ethics whatsoever he would have recused himself from investigations involving Hillary or Trump due to the obvious appearance of impropriety.

The issue here isn't that he had political views, it's that he had political views that were over the top and emotional and he shows that by saying things like "Just went to a Southern Virginia Walmart. I could SMELL the Trump support". It's one thing just to have political views, it's another to be an unhinged simpleton that his messages paint him as.

The republicans control the presidency, Senate, vast majority of state legislators and governorships, none of which have to do with gerrymandering, but your analysis for why the Republicans also own the House is gerrymandering. Either its gerrymandering or people voted the same way they have been voting for everything else. Don't do data analytics for a living. Try looking at a poll of what issues matter to people and its pretty obvious why people vote Republican.

So far, Hillary has testified. The FBI agent has testified twice. Time to put the cheeto on the stand... so the American people can really know what happened.

Can you imagine the bloodbath if he had actually been given a proper amount of time and materials to prepare?
I still can't figure out what part of being a dentist gives you some sort of extra special ability to read body language.
