Seeding can't be decided until the last preliminary games are finished today. From there it goes into a one and done playoffs kind of like the NCAA tournament. Since we won all of our games we should have a high seed which gives us a better chance of playing more than one additional game.

Well said. I think Zhou is oozing with potential if the league continues to go to position-less basketball. He's like a taller and longer version of Andrei Kirilenko and hopefully he can be deployed defensively like a genetically enhanced spider monkey able to effortlessly switch and recover. With that said...

He still needs another year in the G League and with the strength and conditioning coach. I always thought he needed two years to get strong and get up to speed mentally with the game.

Just a little tidbit on Gerald Green. He looked in mins at PG, SG and SF for the Rockets last year.
according to 82games.com GG logged some mins at PG but it was the equivalent of 0% of the team’s total mins
at that position. So it’s not worth mentioning.

    Gerald Green:
SG: 14% of the teams total mins at SG, for the season, were by GGreen
SF: 8% of the team’s total mins at SF, for the season, were by GGreen

Player 48-min Production By Position (GG)
    SG: PER of 12.3
    SF: PER of 23.7

Opponent 48-min Production By Position (GG)
    SG: PER of 12.4
    SF: PER of 18.8

Net 48-min Production By Position (GG)
    SG: PER of .0
    SF: PER of 5.0

So GG May be better suited to play SF if we go by net-PER.....but he could also fill in at SG (in a pinch....for parts of the season). GG actually logged in more time at SG than SF for the Rocjets this past season.

I Really hope the Rockets Summer League Team wins the Title. The depth of the team and defense, Zhou Shot Blocking is a huge difference.

More Melton and Duval, Qi and Hartenstein too. Edwards did better in the last game, but Deng is more talented than him. Clark needs minutes too. Sit out Brown, and RJ. Give Rob some minutes if he is fit.

Quite the opposite. It is you that educates me. I see you as very classy and I strive to more like you.

May our paths cross some day. Maybe at the Rockets victory parade(s).

    Go Rockets!!

Hello from the other side-Morey to Adel

Seriously which Adel do you mean? Deng Adel? He only had 11 pts last game and didnt play the game before, not exactly future all star material.

I was thinking the same thing. There were a few people here saying that about Adel. Maybe they saw something. He was decent in college though.

Watch Yuta Watanabe against us tonight. He is a tremendous 6'9"defender at sg sf that can handle, shoot and playmake. I would love to have him on the Rockets

I can't predict if he will ever be an all star, but he is talented. Edwards looked less confident than he did in his first 2 games. Deng deserves a chance with a two way contract. He is better than RJ Hunter and Markel. Deng and Duval can shine with the RGV. I won't be surprised if one of them even forces his way into the Rockets in the upcoming season.

He looked good from the short highlights. Much appreciated. I doubt if Brooklyn will let him go. A long stint in the G-League could help him.

if this guy is so good, why would the T Wolves suddenly give him to the Rockets?

I like that Ayton guy on Phoenix summer league team too, I wonder if they would just give him to us for a bag of chips

I didn't realize that he is on the T-Wolves. Yep, no one will just give the Rockets a chance to steal a talent.
