Yea if he indeed reacted that way towards AJ, I bet we have seen the last of him Luhnow values the clubhouse greatly, and the team loves AJ even if tomstro does think he is an idiot lol
Pitiful loss... Pounding awful teams like the White Sox, Royals and Rangers might pad our run differential but this season we have been mediocre at best against good competition. Athletics - Beat them like a drum when they were down. 0-2 against them when they got hot. Couldn't hold a 4 run lead against them. Red Sox - Split the series 2-2 but that was without Mookie Betts. Not encouraging. Yankees - 2-5 against. Mariners - Pounded them when Seattle was struggling but split 1-1 against them after Seattle started playing well. Let's see how next 13 go. Tampa Bay Rays - Rays were playing well when Astros played them. We went 3-4 against them during this stretch. Indians - 4-3. The one good team we beat while they were playing reasonably well. This does not bode well for the playoffs when the sisters of the poor are watching on TV.
This will be the worst loss of the season to date if we do end up losing. Giles is absolutely pathetic.
He was actually worse.. in many ways... but I understand why Giles should get the majority of the backlash.
Yeah I’m not getting into it with him on Hinch ,who is awesome and works well with both the front office and the players. Already got myself in too deep with trying to explain how a guy “not giving a sh**” and couldn’t even get an out is absolutely ridiculous.
