according to Jonathan Feigen the rockets are interested to varying degrees in all three of these players. All are younger guys with upside. Nunnally: played in Europe this year, shot over 55% from three. A long, ranger defender. James ennis: four teams in four years. Mediocre to poor shooting. Considered to have good defensive upside. Treveon Graham: solid defender, liked by hornets fans for his hustle. Mediocre shooter so far in limited playing time. More of a guard than the other two.
Give me the best shooter. I'm perplexed as to why we haven't prioritized shooting more than we have. We lost two 3&D wings, signed a player that can't shoot, drafted a player that can't shoot and still have a $20M shooter that can't shoot. I mean, it's not like we lead the NBA in 3-pt attempts or anything....
Oh my god no. Please no. (Okc fans on Reddit are hoping for his return to okc. I remember what it was like when we felt that way lol)
We need 2, and I'd say Nunnally and Graham. Fans speak very well about Graham in Charlotte. Nunnally can defend guards (Ariza defended more guards than forwards last year) and really shoot it. Thing is he will have better offers.
Not enough roster spots ... pfffftt. Do we really need Chinanu Onuaku? Voted Ennis but would change my vote to Graham: Graham, Ennis, and a distant third, Nunnally
fertitter trying to make our roster in the image of one his restaurants. cheap ingredients (the scrubs in this thread), big on fluff (melo), and just plain distasteful (MCW). and no real wings served on the menu, just BBQ chicken.
Duante Cunningham would be a nice replacement. Solid defender, rebounder, and can play inside and out. Oh, and he hit over 38% of his 3’s last year.
