    Interesting move signing with a crappy team instead of winning a ring next year, just like Ariza.

    Either he just really, really likes LA, or he turned down our vet minimum offer (Morey may not have trusted that shoulder going forward), or Morey found out that Melo wanted our MLE and he had to choose one or the other to use it on, and chose Melo.

    Mbah a Moute had a better FG% than Harden last season - I suppose that makes him better offensively?

    lol @ your understanding of basketball if that's the case...

    Mbah a Moute gave his all, loved his intensity, had just about his best season, and he cashed it in for $4million. Good luck to him. He isn't the kind of guy who is totally irreplaceable. Not a difference maker. I'm ok with Tucker playing 30 minutes a night as the iron man, Flash Gordon is a solid defender on the wing, and Anthony's ability to make his own shot will be highly useful in short spurts. His attitude is the bigger fear than his ability.

    I hope you are not right, but afraid you are. The Fertitta off season following a game 7 loss in WCF is not looking good right now. When the window closed, I'm afraid it was slammed shut.

    Why, wft. The clippers are bunch of role players with no stars. Hey Luc welcome back to the Clippers. Where we grind out 43 wins and will barely miss the playoffs. Seriously man, championship teams need quality glue guys. Lob city never won squat and would of killed to have an Ariza/Luc type of tandem. Houston just let those guys walk out the door.

    Ariza and Moute were on the downhill slope. Ariza always faded during the playoffs and Moute was just awful after his second shoulder separation. Liked them both and wish them well, but they are not the colossal losses that many of you are making them out to be.

    Forwards - Aminu, O.Porter, Sefelosha, Winslow, Carroll.

    I either want 2 of these to replace Ariza/Moute... or I want Morey's head for losing our 2 best defensive wings.

    Dude, you did not follow Melo last season.
    He was the butt of jokes last season. He completely lost his seperation abilities. His percentages were atrocious with a 2-15 type night every other game it seemed like. He was a absolute black hole last season.

    Stop thinking Melo is anywhere close to his NY days.

    How many players in the last 6-7 years that joined the Rockets and played worse than their previous stop?

    Only one - Ty Lawson.

    Even Dwight, had played significantly better than he was in LA, even CP3, even Tucker.

    Trust your GM and coach, there is a reason that they are getting paid and you don't.
