They were trying but ultimately still riding Harden and Paul to fatigue and in Paul's case injury bug. You need a guy to take pressure off them consistently, Gordon is only good for stretches, can't handle the ball well enough. You can't just rely on two guys who are getting older. That is not a team concept over years. In comes MCW I guess.
we lost ariza we lost ariza we lost ariza lolol yall talk like we lost freakin james harden...now, that would be a loss... letting ariza go is a PLUS, a big freaking PLUS!
lol they were trying? are you kidding me? we had the worriers on ropes and they were about to go down minus 30 pts at the halftime when refs started biased officiating now thats a reach, these guys are not just any guys they are the best , the very best players in NBA and they are not old, thye are juts getting older like everybody else in the world, even the babies
They were trying to give more guys minutes to rest the main guys but they could not, most of the bench guys are semi useless, either on Offense or Defense. People are overlooking, Warriors were not at their best. Steph was inconsistent, coming from injury, Klay had a mini slump, Draymond always on verge of a tech, Iggy was in and out of the lineup. Their bench was meh at times. Durant ISOed and was the best player. And they still managed to blow the Rox out in 2-3 games. Refs helped them at times but that is when the Rox were not head and shoulders above the opponent. The Rox have to be clearly better than them if they want a chance, we dun have the Championship bonus!
i heard he's a little ill because of the lack of sunlight since he's been so inside the last few weeks.
It is not only about who we lost, it is about who we lost plus who we added. I was joking at panicking, but clearly we need to find a guy who can play quality 38 minutes. We might lose Luc as well.
It's pretty sad how we're seeing how much people are dumping ariza and how important he was to this team. You would think by now people would understand how significant he was instead of ******** on him. Downplaying his loss as if he was this complete negative is absolutely terrible. If you're one of those you'll probably get a real reality check pretty soon if that role isn't filled with a true impact player that's a clear upgrade
Agreed. I mean, Ariza had his faults, sure. And he is 33. But he was important to the Rockets 65 win season and deep playoff run. That is a hole that needs to be filled. Meanwhile, take a look at what GSW, OKC, UTAH are doing. They are not losing players.
hey thaddeus, you woebegone weasel. "run it back" my ass. perhaps engage in some self-reflection and stop trying to call out rockets fans going forward? a yes-man company-man selling bullshit (usually thru feigen) at his owner's behest should NOT be lecturing us under utterly false pretenses. maybe rockets fans really will just stay home?
He has to suck up to the new owner on social media. He's just glad he still has that job. But his clock is ticking, I'm sure. He'll be replaced by some Ferttita relative eventually.
Rockets management act like they won it all recently they don’t get that kind of treatment till there is number 3 hanging from the rafters
Amidst the panic, Thaddeus had mouthpiece Feigen put out a 'feel good' story on hometown guy Gerald Green. @pippendagimp
