    On some more positive former Astro news. Wade LeBlanc, the ultimate baseball journeyman perpetually hanging on by a thread signed a very team friendly extension with the Mariners.

    Numbers like that are small potatoes compared to the usual numbers we see thrown around, but for a guy who's spent the last decade fighting just to stay in the majors finally get a real MLB contract days short or his 34th birthday is pretty cool. He's been great for Seattle this season.

    I saw that Brady Aiken has slid to #30 in the Cleveland top prospects.

    Geesh, I am so glad he declined the Astros offer, because if not we would not have Bregman.
