There's no leader in the Otto Porter Movement. We all do our job and let advanced analytics propel us to higher levels, much like Otto Porter.
What is the Otto Porter movement and why haven't I been notified? I've been wanting Porter before anyone on this board
I have this feeling that Morey let Ariza walk and hasn't really made moves to fill that hole because he's banking on a Melo buyout and keeping a starting spot open for him. Maybe holding onto some of the MLE for something else in the buyout market later in the year. I don't feel great about it, but that's the only thing that makes sense as to why he let Ariza walk. As of now, I can't understand why he wouldn't just offer the same 1 year $15m deal he got in PHX, unless it's just to save Tilman money.
Melo at the 4 is one thing. But at the 3. O lawd. I don't get the Porter stuff. He's too good to easily get.
It's a band of brothers that believe, through basketball divine intervention, Otto Porter will come to us because that looming tax bill in Washington will scare the crap out of Leonsis, forcing him to trade Porter to us. Welcome, one of the original disciples!
No way in hell Morey has Melo earmarked as our starting SF. Melo can barely hang at the 4 as a starter......at the 3, he would get destroyed.
Brother @Aruba77 provided a great high level summary on our beliefs in the post below http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?threads/tad-brown-calm-the-eff-down.292188/page-5#post-11863682
