(Shams) Kawhi Leonard wants out of San Antonio

TBH I now see a scenario where Lakers give in for Kawhi, give Spurs what they want and just make it happen.

 

The Lakers are going to give up the farm now to get Kawhi. No doubt especially since they have signed KCP (and LeBron of course...). It’s just a matter of seeing if the Spurs will hold up on their end or take what the Lakers are going to offer and go into tank mode.

 

If Kawhi wants to commit career suicide, that’s his choice. He would be wise to tell his team of advisers to stop talking to the media and then go about proving he’s 100% healthy. Do those two things and he’ll finally get the trade he so badly desires.

 

Trade him to Brooklyn or something.
