True. But, recovering from a torn achilles is a different animal than a strain hamstring. Just ask Arian Foster.
we become better by substraction of ariza ... he was fundamentally flawed player on offense..we gonna set up a tons of records this year with a player that is just decent on offense can put the ball on the floor and create off the dribble
His new math is 7-2 equals 5 which is the games it will take for the rox to be eliminated this year if he doesn't sh*t or get off the pot.
There was once a time that someone didn't believe we were getting Chris Paul...100% confident in fact Rockets to try for Blake, Millsap, CP3, or Lowry The Otto Porter Movement lives on
Plausible rational: -The Wiz are rebuilding (there is a feeling that Wall will leave next year in free agency) -They are in the luxury tax and they have no shot to win either conference this year -both their PF's are free agents next year -Oubre (their prized rookie SF) needs time on the court to develop -Porter is locked in for 3 more years at an average of about $27 mil per (bad contract/way over-payed); so they'd save at least $32 mil (more if you include the lux tax) with Anderson and they'd get one year closer to escaping cap hell. Taking on Otto Porter's 3 year $81 mil deal is no small thing. But at least he can get on the court. It could be a win-win for both teams.
Yeah, because Tad Brown is really going to say: "Look, you guys are right. Don't bother watching this year. Don't waste your money investing in our product until the league prevents extremely unfair competitive balance."
In the words of Patrick Beverley, "not the same group" Thaddeus. Other teams also got better Thaddeus.
Absolutely. I also called Melo to Thunder way before it was even mentioned as a possibility. I say things that I believe and sometimes I’m wrong and sometimes I’m right. But this isn’t about me. Thinking Ryno nets us Porter is just absurd and homerism as if there isn’t another team wizards can make a deal with.
What I've realized from the stay calm crowd is they have substantially lower goals than I do. When we got Morey I thought he was going to revolutionize the game, trading, drafting, player transactions, playing style and methodology (he has) and we would dominate the league. Unfortunately the Warriors beat us to the punch. So if your goal is to win a single chip yea not panicking makes sense. Hell we could do that this year but if you have legacy goals then you see that dream diminishing.
