Not to go all Toycen and be conspiracy crazy but the first thought that came to my mind when Paul’s deal was announced was that the bulk of Luc’s next contract money was baked into it.

Why? Cause it’s a boat load of money for Chris but it wouldn’t have impacted or created more space capwise next year if he took less. This preserves the MLE since Luc is a UFA w/no bird.

Officially he’ll sign for the minimum again and CP3 will gift him a duffel bag since they’re homies.

I don’t care what happens, but Morey CANNOT lose both Ariza and Luc! Would be an absolute failure and our our defense will literally go to s***!

i really feel like this is gut-check time. if we strike out on Evans, how can we not offer our MLE to Luc? he's easily the best player out there at that 3/4 spot. I'd feel a lot better if we had Luc locked up; especially since Ariza is gone.

Philly is a decent city. As a native Washingtonian, been there many time and always enjoyed myself.

I could only imagine. We would definitely hoist 70 threes a game.

I guess Luc fits anywhere, but they already have Covington, Zhaire Smith and Simmons as wing defenders. Don't think he'd get much time.

They can have him. I kind of got sour on luc since he let us down by acting like a (beep) after his shoulder injury. He let us down when we needed him the most.
