    No - he was acting as the GM for the Hornets because the NBA owned them for a minute to facilitate a change in ownership. He didn’t veto the trade as the league commissioner - he did it representing the controlling owner of he franchise.

    maybe Boogie becomes a shell of himself after this injury, it’s happened to most players who have suffered a torn Achilles

    it will take him a while to get in game shape

    this summer sucks, but I’m trying to look at the bright side here

    id be less pissed if cousins signed to a team where he would have a more featured role. not the case here. he becomes a role player that essentially rookies play for GS, with the lowest workload hes ever had in his entire career.

    Way out of left field idea but...

    The NBA should shrink the number of teams to like 16, max. Then pretty much every team can be stacked enough to at least give the Warriors some trouble. Sure the NBA would probably lose some money with fewer teams but at least the league would be more competitive and people would actually watch.

    Having one team with 5 all stars while the other 29 teams can barely get 2 or 3 stars is a quick way to lose interest in the NBA.

    ...this is ****ed up - Boggie did New Orleans wrong and especially Anthony Davis. I hope Davis comes to Houston to get his revenge on Boogie/Warriors.

    Can he opted out of in 2022-2023

    Meaning Silver can't realistically fix this mess for another 5 years or so.

    GS seems to do a good job of dealing with crazy...most teams could not handle Draymond, and they took Swaggy and Javale with no problems
