    I don't think anyone here can actually compare Ariza to Dwight and people are doing that.

    People are saying Ariza was horrible last season. Ariza played more minutes than any other Rocket and that will be an issue if we can't find a good replacement for him. I too am ok with Morey saying no thanks to paying him $10 mil a year but to dismiss his leadership and effort while he was here is garbage. I'll miss him as a face of the team but I'm happy he got paid.

    Ariza was a top 5-10 wing defender in the league. To say he was horrible last season is to be painfully ignorant of what happens outside of a box score.

    Trev is a great locker room guy, he’s the only Rocket with championship DNA. He knows what it takes to win in this league. Losing his mentality and commitment to winning is what hurts the most. Sure he went 0-12 in game 7 but homie left it all out on the court with effort plays on defense. I trust Morey though... I belEive Melo is still a Morey target.

    THIS. Tillman, Morey and CP3 didn’t commit to this to bring back a subpar product even though I think the Rockets have shifted focus towards next year FA...

    Ryno's contract alone doesn't net you anything …. but it is the financial vehicle that makes just about any player attainable financially.
    Yes , you must attach other assets …. but without that financial vehicle , those other assets return you anything at all.

    This place just shows that there are fans who just love misery.

    I mean on one hand you have people who sees a team who was the 2nd best in the NBA and 1 game away from winning the championship.

    And on the other hand you have people who thinks that the earth is crashing down because we are only 2nd best and that's just loser mentality.

    If you can't find joy in having a 65 win team with MVP and a thrilling WCFs, then you should probably just become a Warriors fan.
