Don't hate him but do think he is overrated. That being said he would fit perfectly on this team but we have zero chance of getting him unless he signs a low money short term deal and we pay him later with his Bird rights(which ain't happening).
China Klay would fit our Chinese theme pretty well..we might not have that kinda cash tho, already got two max in Harden and CP
At the trade deadline, or next offseason or year after. Basically we can make some moves to help the core of Harden/Paul
Klay seems like the type of guy who is willing to take paycuts just to stay where he is. He gets no blame in losses and doesn't have to shoulder any load. He has said in interviews before he's perfectly fine with doing that and as long as he's winning. His family also super rich so he doesn't exactly need the money. I wouldn't expect him going anywhere unless the Warriors disbanded as a team.
With so much money tied up in 2 players we need to start to value draft picks. get a few gems on rookie contracts but Im afraid its going to take those to get rid of Anderson. Plus we are hopefully going to have some bad 1st round picks for the next 3 or 4 years.
Ya'll are crazy calling him overrated. Has personally buried the Rockets multiple occasions including WCF. There are times he looks lost and has bad games but so do our stars. You don't see the wide open transition 3's he nails. Like 2-3 quick ones including a 4 point play, Dantoni is fuming and calls a time out???
