I liked idea of Lebron joining Rockets but when he didnt opted in I felt relief and was perfectly happy and excited about the new look of the league.
Looking forward to the best NBA trio ever, Capela, Harden and CP3, demolishing the league again next year.

This is not the best trio, because Capela is not a younger Kevin Garnett.
I'm not upset that Lebron didn't sign with Houston, simply because he had no interest in doing so.

You aren't going to get anything done if you smoke weed this early in the morning.

I'm happy Chris is still here. He chose to stay instead of going with Lebron. The guy is the biggest competitor on this team and I'm happy he's back.

We'll see if he's really the best player ever playing in the West. If the Lakers don't make the playoffs or fail to past the 2nd round, his legacy will be known as the guy who shortcut-ted his way to 3 rings

You can be the best player and still not be playing on the best team.

i think the nba cheating gsw into a wcf win this past playoffs eased any pain (disappointment) for me going forward, including this lerbon thing. i re-realized that the nba is an entertainment that can be scripted and not entirely up to chance. now that i have given up on the league, as i will only watch the rockets casually every now and then with no expectations, it lessens the burden compared to let's say if liverpool loses.

Can we stop this petty ****. We hate people saying if Jordan played we’d have no rings.

It’s time to grow the **** up

If Lebron came to Houston, great! But now that Lebron is definitely not in Houston, great!

I would've been happy either way. Lebron would've definitely been that final piece that wouldn't have only gotten us over that hump, but it would've been more than enough to almost guarantee beating GSW and getting that 3rd championship; I don't know about ya'll, but to me a championship by cheap or honorable means is a championship for Houston regardless (blasphemy? meh). Then theres the flip side: Lebron NOT coming is great because it allows Harden and Paul to secure a well-EARNED championship without the Lebron stigma; of course I'd rather have us celebrate this way, but our current line up has it's discrepancies, and we need that one special piece to be favorably over-the-top.

Not sure what the hell you're talking about sir. If you're calling this man the goat, then he should be able to transcend eras & conferences. The Lakers should be legit contenders if he's everything he's hyped up to be

We know he's not gonna beat GS. But he should be able to dominate the other western conference teams like he did the east. If he's truly the goat, Lebron the Lakers should be a 50+ win team and reach WCF easily

I'm sorry but I can't be thankful that our best chance to win a title while Harden is still in his prime chose to play in LA instead.

Yes we're still a great team but the path to adding another banner became more difficult and less likely when he chose LA.

I'm not thankful, but I have no regrets. Total indifference, unsurprised.

Can't wait to see Lebron not make the finals not one, not twice...

don't forget we still got the newly MVP of the league + best point guard when healthy.
now if Morey can get us a shooter like redick and a solid wing, i like our chances

I'm thankful because I've said all along that we didn't need a Lerbon to achieve the goal of winning a championship.
Just one more all-star or players that can score.
