    it is Jeff Schwartz.

    Indeed Schwartz is/was using his connections of his successful players to secure contracts with his less desired players or to get teams to draft them.
    But Rockets are better than that.
    I hate him.

    It's 99.999999% certain that the $ offered is the minimum. It's fine to gamble a minimum contract on MCW even for a 10% chance that he clicks-- maybe more spacing with the Rockets system will help with his game. It's not minimum signings have a high rate of success anyway.
