No. Cap doesnt work like that. Over the cal teams have exceptions but only way to scquire talent is to salary match trades. Its why players under moveable contracts arr valuable and you dont let bird rights players walk. The last thing you want to be is capped out near the tax apron with no contracts to move

 

You forgot to add that it was in the East. Those teams he ran through are good teams, not great teams.

He's still the best player on the planet and can take over a game when he needs to granted it's not against a team (Warriors) bleeding with talent.

There's also no guarantee Leonard will be on the Lakers this season or that PG is signing with them.

 

No offense but that's just bs and salty talk. We almost beat Golden State with a 6 player rotation. You think they can't pick up a player like PJ Tucker or Gerald Green like we did. Lebron is better than Harden, Kawaii when healthy is just as good if not better than Harden.

We would get our asses handed to us if we get matched up with Kawii and Paul George taking turns defending Harden.

 

Its not a player. Theyd have zero talent on the roster and practically 5-7 other significant minutes players to add. They cant keep anything ti make room for 3 stars. Where are they going to get 4-5 useful gerald greens?
