harden has always been an easy target for the media because he never fights back, just turns the other cheek in this case, competing local media should call out this zierling guy and either force him to reveal his super secret expose or break down and admit he just made it all up. feigen and berman need to step up as journalists
This is true. He doesn’t drink like that.... has the table mainly for his boys and bringing girls over (letting them drink)
James Harden is doing the right thing not going against the media or Adam Silver, Calling out bad Officials. Players can never win against them. Mahmoud Abdul Rauf, Allen Iverson and others did whatever they wanted and got blackballed. Harden is well liked now, voters voted for Harden this time.
Really, though it is not just Zierlein, it's that entire channel. You have him and Granato in the morning that are Texans fans but not really Rockets fans and that continues with Faour and Hoffman. None of them like Harden and always seem to shittalk him. When the Rockets do well they always downplay it and give them no chance. This goes in the same locker as the Dez mystery tapes.
No it’s just LZ. Palillo is opinionated but always backs up his comments. He is not a fan of the Rockets but I think gives honest commentary. LZ just pulls stuff out of his a$$.
Let's suppose for the sake of argument that he does have legit "dirt" on Harden. When asked why he doesn't give Harden more credit on air for being a good guy, should he: (a) ignore the question (b) accept the critique and give Harden credit and hide what he knows (c) divulge what he knows (or thinks he knows) (d) explain that he's got his reasons for not thinking Harden is a good guy, but does not want to publicize it.
What a punk move, if you've got something to say, then say it. Otherwise keep your mouth shut. Don't backhandedly besmirch somebody, then refuse to back it up.
Here's the problem with this: He's allowing off the court issues to dictate how he feels about Harden the player. If you've got legit dirt on the guy, you can easily say, "I'm not a big fan of Harden the man, but Harden the player is phenomenal." By doing this pussyfooted song-and-dance, he's basically acting like those girls you see on Facebook that post cryptic messages as their status, then when someone asks them what's wrong, they say, "Oh nothing. I don't want to talk about it." B, yes you do. You just want all the attention first. Also, you really have to question the timing. He's posting this crap RIGHT AFTER Harden won MVP. If that's not petty, I don't know what is.
