Since she has been close with Jeanie Buss for a while, it's natural to connect the three together (LeBron's team is communicating with Lakers brass, who leaks details to Ramona). On it's base, this report feels like great news for the Rockets. It is near impossible for us to get LeBron if he wants to take his sweet time to be wined and dined. If he wants to make a quick decision, then our chances of getting him go up (from very small to small).
Yes, they are all very well connected. Jeanie and LeBron's people and entertainment execs were meeting for months last year. LeBron is not going to Philadelphia nor Houston. It's down to Cleveland or Los Angeles. And he's definitely not staying in Cleveland. All this talk about Paul George's ambivalence is purely a facade to avoid even more tampering. He's staging it to seem as if it is going to be a difficult decision. LeBron and Paul George already made their decisions last year. They will both be Lakers. Nothing is going to change their minds. Nothing.
