You ignored everything I said and that is why you guys are not trustworthy and basically liars on this site. The children have a parent. we already know that Obama had a catch release program. HE DID NOT SEPARATE THE CHILDREN. Thats the issue.
I'm not for open borders, I'm also not for separating children from parents. It's not an either or thing for me. The situation is not similar here, these are still people seeking asylum. Whether their claim is legitimate or not is another issue entirely. I don't get the comparison to citizens that commit crime, those citizens are not seeking asylum and those citizens do not lose custody of their children either way...excluding cases of child abuse of course. They still can contact their children, keep in touch with their children, and depending on the family they leave their children with, know where their children are, how their children are doing, etc etc. Well fine, if you want to have this discussion that way then we can. That means I get to say that the Right and Republicans want to enforce this law so strongly because they want less brown people in the country and some of them even get off on it. Mostly though they are terrified of a demographic change. Of course, they won't openly admit it, but the results are the same. Hell, I can even quote republican politicians in office that have said as much. I mean, Steve King? I can at least bring forth politicians that have said eye-brow raising things to prove my claim, are you willing to do the same for yours? Where are these Democrats that want open borders?
The entire point of outrage was kids being separated from parents. they are not separated in the picture, therefore your pic is actually whats irrelevant and it was brought down by pretty simple logic. the protest movement, bills and the executive order is for separated children you boob, lol.
The question is if you are in favor of a law against illegal entry, if you are, then you are for separating children from parents because that's what happens when people are detained for criminal offenses. Those who criminally enter the country are not asylum seekers just like people who break into a bank vault aren't customers seeking to withdraw their funds from the bank. When you get caught in that bank vault, that excuse isn't going to prevent you from being arrested and separated from your children.....even if you really do have an account with the bank. The only difference between these illegal immigrants being arrested for committing crimes and American citizens being arrested for committing crimes is that no one cares when American citizens who commit crimes have their children separated from them while they are detained and people are now pretending to care about Illegal immigrants being separated from their children while they are detained after being caught committing a crime. I mean, sure, you can say it....it's not the most intelligent thing to say, but I won't stop you from saying it. If you feel like coming out of the closet as a supporter of illegal immigration, by all means, don't let me get in the way.
its not the welfare of the kids? You only care about the welfare of the kids in regards to being separated from their parents ? you don't care about the welfare of the ids in regards to eating off the floor?
are you saying their food was dumped on the floor? or they are just sitting on their beds and on the floor eating their food. anyway its irelevant. the kids are with their parent and they are being fed. the outrage is about family separation.
The child in one of y'alls favorite propaganda photos was never even separated from their mother. And she brought the child here without the father's consent. Also throws water on her false asylum claim ("things at home were fine but not great") They're not sending their best, folks. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-face-child-separation-crisis-speaks-out.html The father of the Honduran girl who became the face of the family separation crisis has revealed that he still has not been in touch with his wife or daughter but was happy to learn they are safe. Denis Javier Varela Hernandez, 32, said that he had not heard from his wife Sandra, 32, who was with his two-year-old daughter Yanela Denise, for nearly three weeks until he saw the image of them being apprehended in Texas. In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Hernandez, who lives in Puerto Cortes, Honduras, says that he was told yesterday that his wife and child are being detained at a family residential center in Texas but are together and are doing 'fine.' 'You can imagine how I felt when I saw that photo of my daughter. It broke my heart. It's difficult as a father to see that, but I know now that they are not in danger. They are safer now than when they were making that journey to the border,' he said. Denis said his wife and daughter were never separated by border control agents and remain together. He revealed that his wife had previously mentioned her wish to go to the United States for a 'better future' but did not tell him nor any of their family members that she was planning to make the trek. 'I didn't support it. I asked her, why? Why would she want to put our little girl through that? But it was her decision at the end of the day.' He said that Sandra had always wanted to experience 'the American dream' and hoped to find a good job in the States. Denis, who works as a captain at a port on the coast of Puerto Cortes, explained that things back home were fine but not great, and that his wife was seeking political asylum. He said that Sandra set out on the 1,800-mile journey with the baby girl on June 3, at 6am, and he has not heard from her since. 'I never got the chance to say goodbye to my daughter and now all I can do is wait', he said, adding that he hopes they are either granted political asylum or are sent back home.
the things that you post thinking that they justify Trumps behavior only serve to show what a twat you are.
Is that all you've got? Economic migrant. always "wanted to experience the American dream". Completely busted. Yet, these people are escaping here to save their lives if you listen to the left-wing media. Sorry, just because you want to "experience the American dream" doesn't mean you can skip the line and just take what you want. These ****ing illegals are, at their core, selfish. And they don't give a **** about our sovereignty or our laws. Their first interaction with this country is giving it a big middle finger.
got it . not outraged over welfare of the kids or all the families separated during Obama years. Only outraged over separation of families during Trump years. This does not sound selective and manufactured at all.
They can't help themselves, every time DNC propaganda tells them how to think or what to pretend to be outraged by they just hop to it.
that picture didnt show separated families or poor welfare are you insane? you are now grasping at straws and completely mad that Im not falling for it, lol.
great now this idiot chimes in lol this is fun you guys all gang up together and confirm your own bullshit, lol. twat: (shows picture of children with adult parent) "this clearly shows separation during Obama's term"
is it your belief that Obama didn't separate families? https://lawandcrime.com/immigration...separated-children-from-their-families-too-2/ I thought this was known to everyone. He did not do it to the extent Trump has and instead chose catch and release, but he definitely did it quite a bit. eating food off a public floor in cells filled with trash and sleeping under toilets would by most standards be considered poor welfare.
It's not that the Obama administration never separated families. It's that they only did it under special circumstances. https://www.vox.com/2018/6/21/17488458/obama-immigration-policy-family-separation-border Even if he did it all the time, it doesn't excuse Trump for doing it. If you'd like to create a thread lamenting the fact that the Obama administration did on rare occasions separate families, then that's fine. But it doesn't excuse Trump doing it as the standard operating procedure. Your argument is dishonest.
So you are saying, without any doubt, all the reports are fake news? This sentiment remind me of a recent book review. http://www.nybooks.com/articles/2018/06/28/hitlers-rise-it-can-happen-here/ The killing of six million Jews? Fake news. Four of Mayer’s subjects insisted that the only Jews taken to concentration camps were traitors to Germany, and that the rest were permitted to leave with their property or its fair market value. The bill collector agreed that the killing of the Jews “was wrong, unless they committed treason in wartime. And of course they did.” He added that “some say it happened and some say it didn’t,” and that you “can show me pictures of skulls…but that doesn’t prove it.” In any case, “Hitler had nothing to do with it.” The tailor spoke similarly: “If it happened, it was wrong. But I don’t believe it happened.”
Everything is so convoluted: illegal immigrant, refugee, unaccompanied minor, economic migrant, etc. We need serious immigration reform that greatly reduces quotas from third-world nations.
