To be fair, neither person has actually cited an MLB.com article from the time of Springer's drafting saying he was a 50. He was certainly a 50 after he put up near 40/40 seasons but he had answered a lot of questions about his risk profile by that time.

Carlos Correa did say in a interview he wants to retire as an Astro. Why would the Yankees need Correa, they have Didi Gregorius and Gleyber Torres, All Stars in the future. Miguel Andujar is hitting well at 3B

Jesus Christ. Now I think you’re just trolling me. In 2012 MLB.com had Springer ranked as the #48 prospect in the entire league. Back then mlb.com didn’t give out prospect grades with their rankings. But for context the current #48 prospect is Keston Huira, with a 55 grade. Again, mlb.coms grading system is different than Fangraphs. Every prospect on mlb.com’s Top 30 Astros list is at least a grade 45. So you’re saying those prospects I listed were 40 grades is saying they wouldn’t rank on most teams’ top 30. That’s asinine.

To cater to your dim wit, here’s how I would change my original post if I were using Fangraphs scale:

    Rank Name Grade
    1. Kyle Tucker 55
    2. Yordan Alvarez 55
    3. Seth Beer 45
    4. Jonathan Arauz 45
    5. Freudis Nova 45
    6. Myles Straw 45
    7. J.J. Matijevic 40
    8. Abraham Toro 40
    9. Joe Perez 40
    10. Gilberto Celestino 40

    ****in hell, man.

Yankees don't want Correa. They want Harper or Trout... or both.

Now there's a name I've not heard in a long, long time. A long time.

I used to be pretty high on him. But with as much as he’s been hurt over the last few years it’s hard to expect much. Here’s hoping for some found money.

I don't think the Yankees want Harper anymore because of Stanton, saving money to pay Judge in the future. Angels are never trading Trout.

Abraham Toro is currently 2-2 with a double and a solo homer (10) for Buies Creek.

Enmanuel Valdez just hit his 3rd HR in only 6 games this year. Little dude has some pop.

Small sample caveat, but seeing that kind of early pop from him is very encouraging. Only 19, can play 2B adequately, good k/bb numbers anywhere he’s played extensively.

Yordan Alvarez just hit a two-run homer, his 9th on the year.

Altuve was laughed at during Futures Game when with Corpus Christi, Randy Cesar must be underrated
