Will Christians Speak out Against Jeff Sessions misusing the bible to justify cruelty

They are the same, in both situations you have people detained for breaking the law, in one you think that the family should stay together, in another you are fine with the family being split up.

I personally have known of an entire family of a mother, father, 3 brothers, and a sister that went to jail at the same time.....but they were American citizens so no one cried for them when they ended up being separated in different facilities to do their time.

Again, there's nothing at all "cruel" about separating illegal immigrants while their deportation is being finalized. Nothing at all.

That family had their children locked behind bars....does it really make that much of a difference if they are in a brick cell with bars or in a chain link cell? A cell is a cell.

The fact that American families can be separated when they are caught all breaking the law should make you realize that illegal immigrant families being separated when they are caught all breaking the law isn't "cruel" or out of the ordinary.....but then again, you are just trying to push this in a cheap effort to get political points because you are worried about the midterms so it's no big deal.

The norm is for people caught breaking the law to be arrested. In the instance of an entire family running a drug operation, they are all breaking the law. In the instance of a family that are all illegal immigrants, they are all breaking the law.

In both instances, the entire families will be detained and separated pending trial/deportation and there's nothing wrong with it. At all.

You could make the crime just about anything and the answer is the same.....yet you think it should be handled differently when it is illegal immigrants because.....?

That quote reads like a sentence that would proceed a "But...", so I clicked the link. But... "I blame politicians for the last 20, 30 years that have allowed this to escalate to the point where it is today." He still won't blame Sessions or Trump for this atrocity. He's not wrong about the malpractice our national politicians have committed the last few decades. But, he commits malpractice by not including the current Administration's role in this.

Just really makes one want to hug our kids and wife and be thankful you get to live a normal life of happiness and that you try to make good decisions in life.
