    it also find that Comey did not follow department policy of "not commenting on on-going investigations"
    • when he publicly commented on the Hillary investigation twice; in june 2016 and Oct 2016
    but comey did not publicly comment on the Russian/Trump campaign investigation, which is incompliance w DOJ policy


    Thus Trump received help from
    • Russia
    • Trump's fake charity
    • FBI
    to influence American voters

    The conduct by these employees (Strzok, Page) cast a cloud over the entire FBI investigation and sowed doubt about the FBI’s work on, and its handling of, the Midyear investigation. It also called into question Strzok’s failure in October 2016 to follow up on the Midyear related investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop. The damage caused by these employees’ actions extends far beyond the scope of the Midyear investigation and goes to the heart of the FBI’s reputation for neutral factfinding and political independence.

    What is there confidence in or not in with the Mueller probe? Over 100 indictments. Either the evidence is real or it isn’t. Isn’t a more fair way to judge an investigation by the evidence of a crime?

    Sure the FBI can indict a ham sandwich but 100 indictments and counting? That’s a lot of ham sandwiches.

    Also, the IG report did not contest Comeys findings that Clinton shouldn’t be prosecuted, but you obviously disagree with him. What evidence do you have that the IG doesn’t? Or is the play now that the IG is now part of the deep state? I’m just a bit confused by the response today on this report. Seems all across the map.
