    Oh ok sorry.

The bigger scandal was that the DOJ failed to hang this over to congress.

If you read an FBI agent texting 'I'll do everything in my power to stop trump be coming preaident' and your response is 'well it's ok not to like trump', then I don't know what to tell you Lars. As for your link, that's the whole point. they didn't hand over this text but others. It's almost like the DOJ knew how bad it was even though you dont.

Gee, I go away for a few hours and all heck breaks out. Perhaps someone will be so kind to provide a quick summary... like, did the IG report offer a conclusion on whether the FBI showed any bias against trump?

It appears the hat collectors are all upset about a seven word text message between two FBIers. Has anyone provided the context of the text? Was she talking about making trump disappear (ala Jimmy Hoffa) or was she referring to her and other voters choosing the other candidate? Would seem that the IG might have interviewed the texter in question. Anything come out about that? Or should we just go with the IG's conclusion. Gee, you'd think a 90 page report would answer all these questions.

No idea if collusion will be proven or if it even knowingly happened between the President and Russian officials. I do know that the President has surrounded himself with a lot of criminals and scumbags. It hasn’t taken much for Mueller to find criminal activity all over the place around this administration.

At the end of the day I question if any of this matters as I don’t think anyone that voted for or against Trump is surprised he has a past and is morally bankrupt... everyone knew... which is why I think he has been able to maintain support in the 40-44% range.... low but not impeachably low.

Rosenstein not handing over texts would be the crime unless he's got a good explanation. Checks and balances means the DOJ does have congressional oversight. Part of the oversight is that they are required to hand over material like this.

I'm sure the excuse will be 'texts were lost. ' or 'technical issues' . Nobody is ever held accountable. Nobody goes to jail.

What if... the FBI agents knew about trump and the russians... and that was the reference to "it"?

A lot of people REALLY stretching on the text messages looking for some grand conspiracy. I don’t see it. The IG Report substantiates this as well.

I would like to know why the House didn’t get all the text messages.

Apparently, the FBI director disagrees with this assessment as today he ordered bias training at the FBI....because their wasn't any bias whatsoever.

It's not a surprise that opinions differ on this report. Mueller doesn't need these distractions. Its nut cutting time.

My company has all employees take mandatory training throughout the year covering business ethics, security, nondiscrimination, and harassment, to name just a few topics. Don't believe their requiring we take the training is evidence that anyone in the company was suspected of doing anything wrong. Taking anti-bias training at the FBI sounds like a good idea, but I still would take the findings of the independent Inspector General.

No slight intended to Ms. Strassel, but I don't know what legal or intelligence education and experience she has. Instead, she appears to be a journalist who is best known as a trump defender. And I would still prefer to accept the findings of the Inspector General who concluded Comey did not act with any political bias.
