hes basically trolling lebron based off an IG post he posted with the Arthur fist earlier in the season. Lebron expressed some frustration with the pic and caption "mood" on his IG

This coming from a player , someone who knows how this **** works from the inside …. I'm more inclined to believe that LBJ has a plan with one or more "friends."

I think Houston's odds have to be good having CP3 …. I don't know what LBJ's relationship is with PG13 or players elsewhere in the league.

Who aside from Cp3 & Wade is close with Lebron ?

CP3, Carmelo & Wade are his "brothers" (family basically).

Ben Simmons shares the same agent, they appear close (not nearly as close as those 3 above), and LeBron calls Ben "Young King".

Outside of that, I don't know. I'm sure he respects some other players game but as far as close friends, I don't know.

    Marc Stein

I'll believe it when he signs on the dotted line.

"...his willingness to post an Instagram picture of himself last month from a hospital bed after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee has helped to fuel the notion in some corners that he’s in no rush to leave OKC."

LOL That's a reach if I've ever seen one.

"Young King without a shot" is more appropriate imo.

Same, I think PG could be easily swayed. That said, if Stein's assessment is accurate, I do think it throws cold water on the idea (mostly from LA fans and/or LA-based media) that LeBron/PG with the Lakers is an inevitability. Because if that were the case, my guess is LeBron would have started said "swaying" process by now.

Houston site or not Houston site there is something called reality.

    https://nba.nbcsports.com/2018/06/12/report-lebron-james-says-he-doesnt-like-houston-as-city/

Gary Payton has no reason to lie.

*Sierra Canyon won that state championship.
    *filled with celebrity kids
*last season had Derek Fishers nephew, Scottie Pippen son, Kenyon Martins son & # 1 SG in the end country. Like LeBron he wants his son surrounded by talent.

Sorry if it saddens you. Many things in life are sad. Houston can’t keep the team together if LeBron and CP3 won’t
take pay cuts. It’s over.....get use to it. That why the odds are even for Lakers now. I called it when the Rockets
    well ahead of the field.

Start playing for plan B geniuses. And it’s not Paul George......because he Nets to be in LA more than LeBron.

Cleveland is not going to do a SnT with us.

ApacheWarrior vs. the NYT's Marc Stein.

Hmm, not sure which to believe.

I’d be shocked if Lebron signed up to play Houston, GSW, and Boston in the playoffs the next three years.

When has Lebron ever taken the hard route?

I base my predictions off of history.

You seem to like the gossip girl route.

No one said he thought what he said wasn't true. Clearly he's convinced he told everyone something that's true, but someone else could have been misled and/or lied about it.

Who said this meeting means he's opting out of his contract? Do you honestly not think CP3 hasn't been in his ear? For fricks sake LeBron openly said he knew about the CP3 trade before the public did last summer. LeBron isn't going to opt out in that meeting, but possibly telll them he's going to meet with other teams etc., or maybe he's going to give the Cavs a chance to right the ship and acquire better players through trades.

Why would LeBron rule out any option before he has to? He could actually make more money by opting in before a trade, even if it's to a destination that has cap space. If we learn anything tomorrow, and I doubt we do, it would be what his plans are with regards to Cleveland. There's no reason to expect him to decide on opting in or out this early.

I would like to know this as well. Assuming this isn't him trying to leverage a trade here, what is the difference between a sign and trade during freeagency and him opting in and being traded? Thx
