joe is the only one that's got a chance next year. he needs: muscle consistent 3 point shot defensive IQ (rotations, switches, etc...) new haircut the muscle will take another two years to get where it needs to be. the defensive IQ might take 1 more year to get to the point where he could make a playoff rotation. so i think if he can add a consistent 3 point shot and a new haircut over the summer he can replace nene's minutes next season.
