And he lives in L.A. during the offseason and can move there after his career is over. The best argument for the Lakers has always been non-basketball related which is always a chuckle.

How many years in a row must the Knicks and Lakers miss out before media idiots realize they don't hold the same allure they did 20 years ago?

So true!!! I bet most can’t even remember a relevant knicks team including even Melos years there. Plus he’s rich!! He could be in LA from Cleveland before we’ve had lunch for the day.

While I tend to believe and agree with everything you laid out, I think LeBron loves all of the hype and attention. Wouldn't it be odd if some of his folks are leaking stories to pump up the suspense and then make bets when the odds change.

It would be nice if they pumped up the Lakers enough to make them seem like a real threat which would force Cleveland into a sign and trade with the Rockets.

How do you force Cleveland into trading a FA?

You do realize he can opt out and go wherever, right?

First I'd like to say that it's great to finally join the forum . I've been lurking here forever lol

So for my thoughts on LeBron, I think the rockets are the clear choice because they offer something none of the other teams have which is a true proven top 5 guy that can carry lebron AND Cp when they reach role player status in 2-3 years.
The only way I don't see LeBron coming here happening is if Cleveland can't unload love without taking salary back because if they add Anderson and don't cut salary then Anderson's contract is going to cost way more than 20mil per season and a couple of late picks isn't going to be worth paying the luxury tax.

So what are some teams Morey can incorporate into a multiteam trade where the Cavs get rid of love or someone else? Bc I don't see them taking Anderson for a couple of late first rounders.

Dan Gilbert being cheap is the only way I don't see Bron here bc aside from us all other teams except Boston have major flaws and LeBron isn't going to boston

It won’t be HISD schools. Fbisd maybe but they will obviously go private school route.

By using those teams as a bargaining chip for Cleveland to either get something from his departure or be left with nothing. Cleveland can definitely acquire some assets in a S&T, including picks.

The Bulls. They are going to be $8 million under the cap floor which is $89 millio.

Thx. I was looking at some of the salary cap numbers and Atlanta has the space as well as 3 first rounders so maybe they could also work as a third team in a Cleveland deal. They could send dedmon and their late first and early second plus a lesser young guy to Cleveland and then flip love later. Everyone wins lol

Can someone please tell me why these Vegas odds are meaningful?

They aren't meaningful as it simply represents public perception of where LeBron is going to go and not where he actually will/can go.
