I really think we have a good shot at adding either LeBron or PG, but just in case **** goes bad real fast what's the back-up plan? I guess we could pretty much keep the same squad intact and take another shot at knocking off the Warriors but I just can't get excited about hoping CP3 can make it through the season and playoffs without getting hurt. The truth is that I think this team needs to go all in now because father time is undefeated, but how do we do that without adding at least one of the two top free agents available?
If you bring back the same team, find a backup PG, and convert Anderson into a player that contributes you have a decent shot.
I do not think the will go for a big unless CC leaves. Not enough floor spacing. It would be a 3 and D guy, that can switch on defense.
actually dont think hes in the rockets plan at all. doesnt fit the gameplan the rockets have in place to beat this GS team
He just needs the ball in order to shoot it. We stopped giving him the ball when we converted to ISO scoring. Ryan can shoot with the best of them, but is otherwise below average. No way we even offer cousins, he is over rated, never been anything other then a headache, coming off an injury, and needs the ball to be effective. He isn’t even on the list of targets for Houston, cp3 and harden would hate playing with a guy like this. Our Center is literally just a rim runner who can finish alleys, grab boards and hopefully can block shots.
I doubt there would be any backup plans for any teams in the NBA right now. Every team is waiting on LeBron's decision. You cant plan ahead until u know what's available or not available. Morey is busy on getting CP3 to sign the extension and then use him to get to lebron. LA is using the media to get to PG and Lebron. Philly just players and signs around the city. Spurs is busy with mending relationship with kawhi. Cavs is looking at their 8th pick and possibly signing Lebron if he is interested in becoming an owner of the team.
I could see us making a move for KCP or Will Barton. With the former being a better fit in the 3&D concept we run. Maybe go after JJ Redick again? Maybe...
I should probably read BimaThugs salary cap thread again... but how will these be possible salary cap wise?
