Lebron is Lebron dudes has cameras & eyes on him 24/7, he'll get credit/criticize for everything he does.
This is dumb & probably the last thing he needs to worry.

Now Chris is a year older. It's difficult to see his being healthy for the playoffs.

 

I don't think the media hates Houston. The Rockets as an organization have been kind of love them or hate them due to Daryl Morey. People pump up Daryl Morey as the smartest guy in the room with his analytics, and when that is your reputation you better win or you're gonna get killed in the arena of public perception. So some people in the media love the forward-thinking ways of the Rockets even if they haven't won the whole thing. Others hate it and think it's gimmicky. But overall, I don't think there is really any hate for Houston.

 

You said James Harden isn't a Wilt, LeBron, Michael type of player in another thread. The Rockets seem to be a contender for LeBron's services, but you wouldn't want someone like that on your team? I agree maybe they don't need him as much as he needs them, though.

 

LeBron is used to criticism. He even made fun of the reporter asking him about getting criticized after the J.R. Smith debacle. "Who me?? Criticized?? Me?? NEVER."

 

This is a key point that has to be considered. I know Lebron and Paul are boys and all but he left another one of his boys Wade because of similar issues with health concerns of Wade and not being able to count on Wade. I'm thinking Lebron has to be thinking in the back of his mind that Paul is not a sure thing and can't be counted on to be healthy when it counts.

 

There are a lot of reasons he might hesitate. This is not one of them.

 

Lmao. Lebron has dealt with plenty of media criticism in his career.
