Sounds like he saw the Pop going after Lebron stuff circulating. Nothing to see here Lebron needs to mentor young kids at this stage in this career? Hope they develop? Please. You come to the West to play with proven players like Paul, Harden, Tuck, and even Capela over that experiment in LA.
Yeah, his free throws are horrific. Can't argue that. But are you getting my point? Kidd and Ball both shot about the same FG% as rookies. Kidd shot even worse than Ball on 3 point %. Ball's FG% and 3pt % in college were far superior to Kidd's college percentages. I mean, shooting 55% FG as a point guard is unheard of. 41% on 3-pointers is solid. Kidd shot terribly as a rookie but was able to improve. Ball shot terribly as a rookie... can't he improve as well? Ball started off the season terribly, yes. But from December through March, Lonzo was shooting 43% from the field and 38% from 3. That's improvement, even within his rookie season. But yes, his free throw shooting is inexcusably atrocious, especially for a guard. But you can't keep playing the Lonzo Sucks card forever. The stats don't lie.
Are you making the argument that because Lonzo and Kidd's early career numbers are similar, it's basically fate that Lonzo gets that good? Tyreke Evans had comparable stats in his first year to LeBron's first year.
All right. Well, I've been following this message board for a few years. Just created this account because I do have some first-hand information on LeBron & the Lakers regarding these "4 Hollywood entertainment sources" that I've been wanting to share with Cyberx, since he was asking. But if ya'll just want to keep it Rockets ball talk, I respect that. Just know that LeBron to anywhere in the state of Texas is not happening. Peace.
It’s gonna be LA until it’s not and it’s Houston. You don’t have to go. We just getting started.. buckle in! #Bron2Hou
I understand wanting Lebron to come to Houston, but to trash LA as having no chance to compete if he were to choose to go there is just foolish. A) It's LA, and they'll add pieces without issue, and B) you're severely underrating the talent that's already there and is trending upward. Houston would be a short-term fix, and it would likely result in a title or 3. But if he comes here, he's going to be looking for a new home in about 3 years. Does he want to do that? I don't know, I'm not him.
I get your point and see what you’re saying...Lonzo’s shooting can definitely get better, but with that unorthodox form I question how much...some people can be good shooters with weird looking jumpers, but damn, that free throw percentage combined with how bad a lot of his misses were has me very skeptical...Lonzo was cracking backboards and denting rims with some of those bricks Jason Kidd is always the hope for these guard who enter the NBA shooting like garbage. It took Kidd years to become a reliable 3 point shooter, does Lebron have years to wait for Lonzo to become respectable?
Some of the most respected journalists in the game have no clue what Lebron is gonna do this summer, but u just so happen to have 1st hand info and can state weeks before free agency with confidence that Bron will never step foot in Texas? Bruh, stop it...
perfectly fine with PG if no Bron...so im not sweating it all. if its not htown hope he stays with the cavs
Oh I don’t think he’s going to the Spurs, it’s just funny watching all these guys speculate like they are.
