I made that comment after his rough first inning. Thanks for the update though. I have no idea how I would’ve seen his pitching line after the game.

Also, he had given up 11 runs in his last 25 innings before this start. So why don’t you report those stats?

Give me some more of that type of regression.

His ERA his last 4 starts before tonight was 3.96. So, that actually is a noticeable drop off from how he started the year. Just sayin

I took this picture of the shift on Gallo in the 6th inning. The Astros did the same shift in the 8th inning, and it worked both times. The Astros have done the Gallo Shift four times in the games I've gone to in Arlington.

Theyve done it every time hes up to bat. Theyll continue doing it til that idiot realizes a simple bunt could possibly be a double for him. lulz.

They actually haven't done it every time. I start laughing every time they do it, and Rangers fans always yell for Gallo to bunt. But every time, he swings away and hits into the shift. It's hilarious.

Did you really think he was going to maintain a sub 2.00 ERA for the season? Also, why do you get to use his last 4 appearances to show regression, but I can't use Joe Smith's entire month of May to show progress?

I just thought it curious that you cherry pick your stats.

It's curious that Taylor Bauer has invaded the forum.

Would rather have Marwin as our 4th outfielder and Davis than absolute zero Marisnick.

For as much flack Gattis was getting in the month of April from EVERYBODY... surprised that his respectable power surge in May/June has basically been ignored.

Unfortunately, he is currently approaching his career averages in OPS and BA for the season... so perhaps this is where things cool off, after the course correction?

Recent seasons, Stros couldn't win a SINGLE game @ Dallas. Dallas K pitched liked his last game, vs the Red Sox.

I guess that explains why every post you make is about why the sky is falling... because you're afraid of jinxing yourself if you admit the sky is not falling?

I already said last year, this team is jinx-proof. That's what happens when you're good. If they ultimately don't win it all, it means another team was better... not that they had a hex put on them.

Evan Gattis has put this team on his back and will not be denied :D

Last night, the Astros announcers just said something like "Gattis does not get many hits but when he does they are ... looks like Gattis got all of that one" :D
