Even in a hypothetical, why on earth do you genuinely believe that Philly would give up an All NBA defender whom they just inked to a contract and an expiring elite sharpshooter for Ryno and a late first(maybe even a 2nd lmao)? Ersan played significantly better than Ryno in the postseason and was paid at a minimum salary. Teams wanted two first round picks to take Anderson off the books without getting a serviceable player in return. I’m all for finding ways for the Rockets to improve, but let’s at least keep it in the realm of possibility.
Ersan didn't hit that well from three-land in the playoffs. Ryno didn't take that many at all in the playoffs, but he did hit a higher percentage than Ersan. He doesn't seem like he's a defensive stalwart either. And yea, it's a stretch, but that's what a wish list was. But it wasn't even the wish list I was defending. I just wanted to know why I was wrong and where I could read the language. I'm sure DM is kicking over every rock no matter how unlikely. It shows in his history.
Exactly, you need the player for 16 wins. There is an elongated training camp that lasts 82 exhibition games. I am biased as this is my favorite player but if after a full season people cannot see the difference between this year and last year I don't know what to tell you other than you don't watch basketball. This guy to me is hands down the best PG there is and definitely one of the best ever in my lifetime. Again, I'm horribly biased. I cannot believe people are asking themselves this question after we really won the championship last Monday night.
your business and employee has nothing to do with actual basketball and how it operates. why people try to make it correlate beats me
