Why? His paycut helps zero percent on acquiring someone else. It affects nothing. His cap hold is basically his max salary. Doesnt even matter. Paul taking a cut only saves Tillman some money off the top

Don’t u EVER compare CP3 to Melo. So disrespectful...

Melo wanted to stay with the Knicks, a garbage franchise constantly putting out a garbage product...CP3 and his situation with the Rockets is nowhere close

we’re looking to acquire either Bron, PG, or any other high level free agent through trade, not through cap space...CP3 left money on the table last summer to come here and help us out, the Rockets owe him

if cp and lebron wanna win rings together, one of them gonna need to take a little cut i think..no way Rockets can afford 3 max contracts..
if we pay 3 max contracts there won't be any good role players left for the team..

    CP3’s injury-prone is a big concern.

The dude is likely not able to play a complete playoffs. SMH.

Rockets would be dumb to pay CP3 40M plus. He's not worth that kind of money.

Just pay him. CP3 did us a solid so it's only reasonable we sign him on what he wants. We maybe able to sign Lebron and convince CP3 to take a little less.

Harden would get to the Finals 100% if he had to face Pacers, Raptors, and Celtics (injured).

Yes Lebron benefits from being in a weaker conference for a lot of his career but his still a transcendent player unlike Harden. Harden is a great player and can be the number 1 on a championship team with high level help. It's just concerning that it's not the norm for Paul to make it though the playoffs. When he goes down and there's no one else on the team to help Harden out, you basically have game 6 last year and games 6 and 7 this year.

If he doesn't want to take a paycut then sit out first half of the season because dude gets injured every year in the playoffs at the worst times

One physically fragile star and one mentally fragile star.

Sounds like T-Mac and Yao all over again

Haters need to cool off or FOH.

We were either a Paul injury, an astronomically bad shooting night, or a ref job away from a ring. You wouldn’t give it another shot, with or without Lebron?

    Disgusting.
