I didn’t realize Grant was a FA. If so, he would be the perfect fit with his athleticism and defensive presence. He co rubies to improve shooting the 3 too. Honestly he’s a guy that really caught my attention this year and the next up n coming player. Dude has some serious hips so he could play the same role as Capela in pick n rolls. I would sign him in a heartbeat, if available.

S Curry is intriguing in that he’s a good shooter and still young. One thing is for sure, we need shooters to make this type of offense click. We also need guys in the mold of Grant with the athleticism to play off of Paul and Harden, and defend at the 3,4, and 5 positions.

Grant is 24 and is a UFA. Very interesting. BJ Armstrong is his agent. Arn Tellum is his second agent. Let's hope the Rockets won't end up in another D-Mo like situation with him.

Kenneth Faried. PF who would fit in this offense. Don't need him to be an impact in scoring, but definitely an upgrade over crappy Anderson.

We need to trade Ryno for Faried asap. We need that kind of energy that he would bring to the team.

Who in their right mind would agree to that?

This is actually a really good suggestion. IF the Rockets move EG in a trade, there could be a void there and Ellington could fit that. His 6'5" size and 3pt shooting would really fit on this team.

-I think Gerald Green comes back on Vet Min. Hometown. thankful to be here.
-I think it "is possible" Mbah a Moute could come back under Vet limited bird rights with his 120% raise. (e.g. not using MLE on him). This could be a stretch, BUT, his raise gets him CLOSE to MLE that he may be ok with it if he likes the CULTURE here and a chance for ring. Don't automatically dismiss this.
-I think Brandan Wright could come back for Vet Min.

That would leave the MLE open for someone like Ellington.

What is the max that the Rockets can offer with the MLE?

They will be a LT team. I think the tax payer MLE is around 5.5M. Non tax MLE is around 8+M

Good point. Trez is a RFA. I expect a 8M/yr deal on a 3 year contract from the Clippers.

Do the Rockets have the tax payer or the non tax MLE to offer?

Not even worry about signing FA.

Let's take care of CP3 contract then go out and recruit Lebron. If that failed then recruit PG.

    Trade ryno and resign Clint.

I really think this kid will be a good fit for the Rockets. I just hope Morey doesn’t screw around and spend all of his energy trying to get LeBron or Paul George while letting all the good role players sign with other teams. This is what happened years ago when he was trying to lure Chris Bosh from Miami
