We've been over this before, that photo shoot was for a Jewish satire magazine and Roseanne didn't even work for ABC at the time.
She is a socialist. FACT. She dresses up as Hitler to re-enact mass murder. FACT. She calls Israel a "Nazi state". FACT. Considering all that evidence, which came out before her most recent comment, there is absolutely no way to excuse that behavior. Simply knowing that she is a socialist who dresses up like Hitler to re-enact mass murder should tell you everything you need to know about who she really is.
I'm pretty sure you are skipping a lot of context in order to push a false narrative. She's a comedian that isn't particularly funny so she tries to make up for it by saying and doing outlandish things to get a reaction. Also, just think what you are essentially saying here, you are accusing an old Jewish woman of antisemitism.....
Good one.....I guess, but I'm sure you know that my "shtick" is pointing out context and reality to those who overlook those types of things.
I would have hoped we were past this, but no... and SMH at the "double standard" and why people hate the press" parts too. Former Rubio campaign aide compares Obama to 'Curious George' http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-brief...ampaign-aide-compares-obama-to-curious-george
No pgabs; but it pretty clearly means he sees her as a social and professional contemporary. It betrays all the ethical and predatory issues he has with women he engages professionally, and the extent to which he feels flirtation and sexual attraction are the highest or only complements and qualities women should value, but he's not sexually attracted to his daughter.
“You can’t stop them boys. They’ve got too many gorillas on the team. They coming to play, man. They got 800 pound gorillas on they team.” I would recommend to someone who talks for a living to just never use animal metaphors. The racial intent doesn't seem to be here like it was in Roseanne's tweet. But, yeah I'd say this description is inadvisable. And if he were not black himself he probably would not have been afforded the same benefit of the doubt. He should also stay away from calling grown black men 'boys.' But Steve Harvey doesn't exactly seem to be the sharpest guy in the world.
Jesus H. It's unbelievable in the century after Howard Cosell's on-air monkey comment. But in any case, things that GS are not: big, heavy, and muscle-bound. Durant is their tallest player who gets much burn, and Draymond is probably their heaviest player. The Cavs have more serious strength, more shoulders, and more bicep girth on their team, it seems to me. So racial overtones aside, the warriors don't have anyone that could remind you of an 800-lb anything. Finally, who decided that sports audiences needed to hear from freaking Steve Harvey?
I get you. I think what Steve Harvey was alluding to was just the overwhelming talent of the Warriors -- 4 All-Stars and the coattail riders that hopped aboard. I don't think he was trying to say anything about their physical traits at all.
Okay. Kinda like "the 800-lb gorilla in the room is the the Warriors have 10x the talent of the Cavs, and then there are other gorillas like coaching, defense, and referee preference"?
