Nobody is going to touch them with the biased officiating to go along with their talent. Of course, LBJ will get some superstar calls himself but not nearly enough.

Thank you...it was something I'll always remember for sure. Have a team autographed framed floor and 94-95 team signed ball. old men need good memories. I would have loved to have attended games this series like you though. I'm proud of the team...what heartbreak losing CP3...I believe it flipped the series unfortunately.

 

Holy ****. I just realized Ariza was 0-12.

 

It's been a great season. Plenty to be proud of. If CP was playing, I honestly believe this series is ours. We had 2 GOLDEN opportunities.

I do also have a piece of the summit floor autographed by Vernon, Hakeem, and Horry. Along with an autographed Olajuwon rookie (graded.) I have been a collector since I was a young one. I always split my interests between basketball (my hobby) and music (my profession.)

 

I"m really proud of our guys. We fought and we gave everything we've got. Lets get em next year.

 

On the bright side, this is the first memorial in 4 years (this would've been the 4th in a row) where Houston didn't get flooded. The first of the 3 was when we beat Golden State at Toyota Center and Dwight hung out with the fans that were stuck at the arena. That seems like an eternity ago.

Yep, we live and die by the three and we died by it last night. Curry had more 3's than our entire team in the 3rd quarter. If Ariza, Harden, and Gordon had even hit 25% of their 3's then we would be in the finals, and that's not much to ask for.

 

Someone tell him to shoot the midrange again.

 

This the type of game where CP3 would have thrived in. Would have limited the turnovers, hit some needed midrangers, and made some threes in the third.

That may be true, but they sound like empty diplomatic words to me. You were lucky Klay, We will knock you, and the rest of the Warriors off your perch. It's only a matter of time.

1-30 shooting 3 pointers at one point.

Sure the refs made a difference but the Rockets went ice cold at the worst possible time this year.

Move on. CP3 easily would have gotten the Rockets the win tonight.

 

Yes, I have seen. He had sub-par games as well. Our team wasn't a huge star away from making it. They were a few players for extra depth and insurance away from making it.

Before the Bulls made their championship runs they were first lost to the Pistons in a sweep or after winning only one game. Then they went the distance and lost. Then they won. I'm reminded a little of that.
