I feel like this really cost us the game. Why in the world was Anderson subbed instead of Luc while Curry is still in the game? I know all the casuals wanted Anderson to see minutes but anyone with a brain knew what would happen. As soon as Anderson came in Curry attacked him everytime their confidence soared and the lead blossomed.
What people fail to realize is that Ryan Anderson is not an NbA caliber player anymore. He’s useless. He will not be in the league after this contract. Anyone that thought he could contribute at a high level on a championship team is laughably dumb.
Yup This was Mike Dan Tony's biggest mistake tonight and it cost us. Anderson hasn't had any meaningful minutes all playoffs and now he is placed on the biggest stage.
I agree. But in Anderson on a guy like Curry was about the stupidest move I’ve seen in a long, long time. He’s a poor defender. Why the hell would you put him on one of the best guards in the NBA? This would be the equivalent of harden being guarded by Rudy Golbert. What a freakin’ joke!!!!!

I really don't get what went through MDA's head...i give him a pass for the first half minutes, but after what he saw he shouldn't have done that again, especially in the second part of the third quarter, i mean, it's literally the most difficult moment of a game 7 against the Warriors, and you put Anderson out there? He probably got desperate.
he just doesn't work vs. the warriors in the playoffs. don't show me no ****ing clips from the regular season. in the playoffs the warriors speed, intensity, and athleticism combined with how they switch will never give him the WIDE OPEN look that he must have to even attempt a shot. so he's useless on offense and FOOD on defense. I was terrified anderson in for a couple minutes wouldnlead to a gsw burst and it did. Curry cooked him for like 8 straight points.
if he doesn't allow 9 points from curry taking him 1-1 its a different game. even with all the missed 3s.
