Chris Paul should suit in game 7 and only play if it's a close game heading into the 4th lol. We'll need his clutch shots. Hell he beat the Spurs in a game 7 on a gamewinning floater with a pulled hammy.
That’s true I had a minor strain and was playing full speed on the field (soccer) around 2 weeks with petty minor discomfort but i’d like to think NBA athletes have some of the best doctors in the world. If it’s a grade 1, I find it hard to believe CP won’t suit up for game 7.
whats the point in that? 7 hours on a plane, walking around, no treatment, increased swelling? No one in Houston can stay and hook him up to a machine or get him a massage? I think this means he is done for the season.
Hmmm, maybe his injury isn’t as serious as we thought, if Feigen thinks game 7 is still a possibility. One can only dream.
I know. I said pretty much the same thing as Bandwagoner earlier. But we were all speculating. Feigen’s report gave me hope however. He’s much closer to the team than you and I.
This is really an interesting series. We just really couldnt catch a break. The only time we are favored to win a game was the game 1 and we lost that. And now that we all proved the doubters wrong chris got injured and whats more einteresting on the way to the DREADED game 6 that haunted us last year. But this is a very different situation than last year. Aside from the fact this is not an elimination game for us it's also not a dead end. Last year even if we win the series against SPURS our chances against GSW is very slim. We are not gonna win against them last year unless we get super lucky. Now we have a real shot even without paul. if we win WCF our chances of getting the ship is definitely there. It could he harder if paul doesnt heal fast enough but still i like our chances. And i dont think our team willl blow that. That idea alone keeps me pumps up. We have a legit chance.
The CP3 injury sucks especially if he can't play in Game 7 (if necessary). Regardless, if the Rockets don't win this series, they have only themselves to blame. It starts it coming out so sluggishly and playing so awful in Game 1 at home. Where was this defense to start the series? The Game 5 win could've been the clincher if we showed up in Game 1. CP3 would've had a good amount of rest to recover from the injury. God dammit.
