He can changed any negative narrative on his play over the next game or even two if we win....especially next game if he takes down the Warriors in their own building.

The Harden hate is ridiculous. When he dropped 41 in Game 1 he got roasted on here for his terrible D. Same thing in the Game 3 loss.

He commits to defense in the last 2 games & shoots poorly because of it & he still gets hate. He was getting to the rim his 3's are just no falling because he's exerting so much energy on both ends.

Our offense is basically James hitting bailout shots, y'all act like he's getting easy looks & missing them.

 

Let me tell you what he doesn't miss on a whole lot....taking his man off the dribble and going to the basket...he scores that way a LOT or gets fouled which begs the question why he doesn't do it much more often...he can absolutely take Curry,West,Livingston, Thompson and even Durant at times.

 

Not to mention that he’s getting hacked on the drives to basket more often than not and not getting the calls.

 

Usually they like to go with:
"Warriors beat themselves again"
Don't like to give Rox any credit for the win

 

He making strong defensive plays
He is making good assists
Rockets playing true TEAM BALL which is what these b*st*rds have been screaming about
Now it is happening .. they still have hatred

That is how i know they are not TRUE Rocket Fans

yeah i think it'll hit up to 12 or 12.5 (if cp3 is out) but i could see some buy-back/sharp action if the line gets out of hand.

Just not the same without CP3 on the floor.
Without the dual threat, we are really down to a single threat and
of course, they will double-team James and force our other players to beat them.
Hopefully someone can step up

 

Have anybody else noticed how we forced the Warriors to play our brand of basketball in these last two games. We are not seeing that great ball movement from them. A lot of ISo and well contested jumpers. We're not seeing them hit us with those back door cuts for easy layups.

We care because we need you to make those shots JH. We need you to win us another championship brother.

 

Harden committing to defense this year is just going to make him stronger as a player moving forward. This is great training for him. He's already mastered the Offensive side of the ball. Now he's working on the Defensive craft.

He's expending more energy now but eventually if he keeps it up he'll be better conditioned to be a 2-way player and those shots will start to fall again. His shots not falling I believe are a product of fatigue from committing on defense.

 

Man that late double team on KD when we got the ball low was clutch
