Yes, but home teams also have a 52-18 record with Capers reffing. To put that in perspective, Tony Brothers is 38-29 for home teams while Zach Zarba is 33-37. Basically, none of it amounts to squat. The Warriors are always going to have gaudy numbers when it comes to winning games while a certain ref officiates because....well.....they win a **** ton of games in general. It is what it is. The Rockets have to come out guns blazing tonight, and keep the intensity amped up for 48 minutes.

I'm sure Kerr is telling his guys that as long as they weather our initial storm, they'll be ok. We have to come out and show them how wrong they are.

 

I suggest you let the ref talk rest, they have been decent and some guys just get calls or more leeway due to narrative and reputation. That works both ways: Tucker and Ariza are allowed to be physical, Green is too. They have been more than fair with regards to Curry, KD, CP3 and Harden. I’ve not seen many touch fouls, Harden baiting being rewarded, KD tip through and such. Harden gets less calls but I’m happy since Curry is also not getting them, watch game 4 and you know what I mean. It’s time to let it go. Refs have been good.

 

I feel like this is the beginning of the series all over again. I've seen in a few shows today "I'm interested to see how ticked off Golden State is for losing to the Rockets at home, and the Rockets were talking a lot of -ish- ." To hell we were. We weren't doing a shimmy, we weren't screaming at Capela after a block. Harden dunked on Draymond and freaking walked straight to the line. I don't get why they are trying to force the narrative that we are talking as well. Cp3, yes he does, and he's the only one. Stop all this nonsense.

 

this is one of the most uninformed posts i've seen on this forum in a while. citing game 4, which was the only game in this series so far in which refs absolutely hostile to HOU were not assigned? game 3 was a complete fuking joke the way marc davis' crew swallowed their whistles when HOU drove the paint and then called phantom fouls on the other end. game 2, mauer and malloy literally giftwrapped half a dozen points to GS in the final minute of the first half. game 1 foster & brothers -- no explanation necessary.

The only difference I see when gsw comes out in 3qt is with more energy. Rockets look slow to start the 2nd half Idk if the starters are still recovering from the 2nd quater of what.

 

I will be so disappointed if the rockets come out lethargic. That's how they tend to come out after we expect them to come out hot. I have a feeling they will be on it tonight from start to finish but idk its hard to tell with this team.
