ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 5/22/2018 (Western Conference Finals, Game 4)

EG +12 team high. Capela -10 team low. They have flip flopped from worst/best and vice-versa from Game 3. What is up with Clint?

 

A lot of credit to Chris Webber. He's called it as even as you can for an analyst. He shut down the "Is Curry Hurt? argument during game 3, and he's given Harden A LOT of credit during this game. Something Reggie needs to learn is actually OK to do.

 

They not giving anything to Harden. Which sucks.

 

I was jumping around the living room during the rockets run. Just hope they can keep it up! Really hope the short rotation doesn't screw us in the end

Man I’m not nervous. I want the win but I recognize how good the other team is. If we get beat though I want it to be them being better not us folding up

I dont buy this whole Warriors are unbeatable stuff... we can do it... we just have to stay focused and play smart.

It is cringeworthy hearing Reggie mention injuries every chance he gets to pump up the Warriors.

I wish there really was some criteria for ex players to get into broadcasting.

Chris Webber was sensational when he first started and had input here and there. Now he's just like the rest.

I guess they all have to stick to the league imposed script.

Really takes away from the experience listening to such blatant one sided commentary.

We need some productive minutes from GG, Luc, and possibly Ryno so the starters can get a breather. It's difficult to keep this intensity for another 24 minutes.

 

It all hinges on Harden (or CP). I dont care who MDA runs out there, if Harden is focused it won't matter.

Might not be able to start Clint though.

as long as Harden and Paul keep scoring, i'm fine with Tucker doing the defensive things needed to win. He had some big plays in the second quarter defensively. He and Capela have 14 rebounds between them. Ariza just needs to make Durant's shots as hard as he can

 

Struggling with the way they are playing us.

Wish we had been giving minutes to ryno so he could come into this game without being totally rusty.

 

I never like Capela matching up with Warriors. It is not his fault, he is great against some other teams.
