    I guess trade wars are not so good or easy to win.

    We seem to have just lost one to China before it even started. ZTE and China win big, Trump gets absolutely clowned. This is a real good look heading into the North Korea negotiations.

    He's so obviously incompetent, we might as well not even have a President.

    Yes, big win for Trump. China will buy $200 billion stuff from Trump voters. In exchange, China will continue their 2025 plan. At that time, POTUS will not be Trump. big big win.

    Trump chickened out, ruined whatever credibility he had as a negotiator, and hurt farmers in the process as China already started purchasing more from Russia just at the threat of tariffs.

    As a Russian sympathizer, its no shock that Cohete and others would love what Trump did here.

    To be serious, it's a good thing that Trump Admin and China have gotten to some agreement in principle to work out the trade relationship and it's a good thing Trump called off the trade war. I understood from the start that it was posturing to get the negotiation he wanted. It's just that posturing like that comes with risk. He hasn't fallen over the edge though, which is great. But there's still a lot of road between here and an actual agreement. It's not really time to announce a victory or a defeat.

    It's a good thing in the way Sam Dekker dribbling the ball off his face was a good thing because at least he didn't decapitate himself.

    It's a good thing Trumps combination of corruption and incompetence made him declare an early surrender and make concessions in the self-inlicted trade war...because at least it wasn't a nuclear holocaust?

    It's a good thing you are 5000 meters underground to tell us where the good thing bar is.
