What is CP3' shot stats in the playoffs? Is he bringing over 30 million worth of skill?Coach rests Clint too much, and now doesn'the use Nene as a backup. We used to be able to count on Anderson. EG has been inconsistent all year, and some think James dribbles too much. We are not playing the style or caliber we should be, and the rotating rosters are mad science gone wrong.

It is not like folks are running because of one game.

It's because some people on here declared this a 5 game series for the Rox or 6, fully knowing the GSW are the better team.

Always arguing our Rockets are better than the Regular Season Worriers which is true yet not relevant for the Playoffs.

Of course the disappointment is bigger the higher your expectations are in the first place. Natural.

Humility works better, I am a better person and a better fan because of it!

Well, this game makes me think of the Boston Massacre game in the 1980s. I think it was Philly shellacking them by 40 in the ECF. That blowout ended up not meaning jack to the Celtics' season.

The warriors are that good, don’t kid yourself. They are super dominating but they do have weaknesses and we have to exploit them.

We have to dominate the boards and create turnovers. We have to have more shot opportunities then they do. They are incredibly efficient, much more so than even us. We have to combat that with more possessions and more shot opportunities. That comes from winning the tip, ending each quarter with a 2 for 1, and winning the turnover and rebound battles.

It’s painful having to watch the effort last night. It’s painful thinking about it today. It’s painful to think of how detrimental Luc has been to our +/- and it’s painful to not understand why capela isn’t playing more minutes.

All the angst is gone immediately if we win game 4. Will we win? Maybe, idk but I have faith in this squad after watching every game this year.

That was the worst game we could’ve ever played. I doubt we’ll ever play that bad again this series

We are good, but not great.
And we just kept saying this, this said was after game 1... I hope we can bounce back in game 4, if not this series is over.

Well they either keep up the trend of not losing 2 in a row, or the series is over. Game 4 is a must win in order to grab home court back and make this a series.

Not that I'm confident about our chances tomorrow, but I really don't know what to expect anymore. There was essentially a 60 to 70 point swing between Game 2 and Game 3, and no one in their right mind would have predicted that. This team does seem to play their ball after bad losses, so I'm not going to jump off a ledge just yet.

Agreed! Yes the Warriors are a juggernaut. The Rockets are too good a team to have only 1 quarter where they score over 26 points outside of Game 2 to continue that trend over the series unless the coaches are not preparing or making the right adjustments for the rest of the series. If they play the high level of defense they are capable of and smarter on the offensive end they can win in Oakland.

Rockets now 9-0 with Harden/Paul/Capela after a loss. The streak lives!

The super team 15-0 playoff home win streaks is history!

Will have to win 2 in a row though. Game 5 is obviously pivotal as it always is.

Over 2 seasons, we are 69-14 when Harden/Paul/Capela play. That's equivalent to a 68 win regular season, which would be the 6th best winning % in NBA regular season history. We were 50-5 last season, 19-9 this season.

This has happened on a great sample size (83 games, almost exactly a whole season) but it's even more telling than if it occurred in a single season because it has happened against vastly different opponents and with vastly different line ups around them. This was happening with Ryno, Melo, Ariza, Ennis, Tucker, House, Gordon, Faried, etc. It also includes a playoff run where we were the best team in the NBA when those 3 were playing.

Those 2 wing spots are everything. Tucker is a lock. If one other wing gets hot and Gordon is lighting it up from the bench, we have a nice future. If we can parlay Gordon and picks into a great SF/PF better than all the previous/current experiments, our ceiling is high.

When MDmA has all his tools, his offense is a dreamy thing of success. Add some defense and good shooting and it's practically unbeatable. You just have to hope the defense and/or the long ball have **** the bed in order to beat it.
