What gets me about Anderson is that we will watch Capela walk in free agency because of Anderson’s contract. I have no ill feeling for him or anyone that is getting paid. I wish it was me making bank like that. I would be like talk all you want as I cash my check. He signed what the team offered. Go cash your check with your once upon time self.

Seriously Morey will find a way to get out from under him... probably have to give up a pick but you can’t have Anderson getting 20 mill and contributing nothing!

The thing is I don’t even think Ryno is this bad he was a competent player two years ago and highly coveted by many teams in the league... he just seems checked out on the Rockets.

Anderson is such a defensive liability. They had runs when he was in the game. He let David West cut to the basket several times.

    0 minutes before gurbage time.

Maybe we should change the thread title to,

"Sending $20 million a season to Ryan Anderson to do absolutely nothing thread"

It has come to the point where we can have meaningful discussion on the subject of Ryan Anderson vs Zhou Qi, just basketball, no $$.

Maybe the Rockets locker room is one of those Jerry Jones cults.

Him taking 0 shots means we should call the police. The signs are clear.

Ryno is biding his time for non-red seats. Guess where the next 2 games are.

People must really hate you in real life.

Rockets win with Anderson on the bench and you still bump this thread.

That's the one thing that annoys be about today's win. Ryan should have just hoisted 3 after 3 in garbage time. Maybe that would have helped with his Sfairesphobia to finally get him going. I don't know what happened to him but he doesn't even try to touch the ball anymore. Still hoping that Road-Ryno will show up in Oakland.

$20MM player saved for playing garbage time in a WCF

    Has this ever happened before?

Ryan Anderson has taken 20M and laid an egg in two playoffs seasons in a row.

Had Anderson not been such a scrub and pulled his weight, Chris Paul might have not pulled his hammy due to fatigue because of all the load the limited rotation has been carrying.

Had Anderson not been such a mental midget, maybe he could have played and contributed today and we could have been to the Finals.

Just imagine that 20 million of salary cap space on a player that would have produced.
