Aren't you the dude that doesn't know how to post links lol. Old dinosaurs like you and hollic praise rondo and **** on our squad. rondo has 2 of the top 5 best bigs in the game on his squad and is fighting for a playoff spot.
haha *** on our squad ? talking to a dude who was a season ticket holder for 5 years and still watch every game after moving to California on league pass. But hey you know it all....
just because im not always a homes or agree with every move doesnt mean I **** on my own team, yall were hating and I like Rondo as a player, we both fans man much love to you
I still believe if Rondo didn't get hurt, they could of upset the C's last playoff series when he was in Chicago.
I’m not really a big Rondo fan, but for the second round - against the Warriors - he is my designated favorite non-Rockets player.
Yep, and to be honest he was the most important player for the Bulls too last season, once he got injured against the Celtics the Bulls drowned.
Neither am I a fan of Rondo. But he brings the attitude the Pels need to stand up against the Warriors.
Without a doubt. Rondo gives the Pels the edge they need to compete defensively - cuz they aren’t gonna outshoot GSW.
Like this. Most fans and students don't understand defensive impact properly. A great defensive player is as valuable to winning basketball games as Steph Curry is with his great shooting/offense. They just don't know how to statistically quantify defensive play into a box score. A player must be really really good in at least one of these three skills to be a significant contributor to a playoff team: 1. Shooting 2. Playmaking 3. Defending If a player is really good at two of these skills he'll typically rise to star/superstar status. Curry, for example, is great at #1, very good at #2, and mediocre at #3. Same for Harden. Durant is great at #1, good at #2, and more very good at #3. For most of his career Lebron was ok at shooting, but a great distributor, and a great defender. Now he's a great shooter as well while he does curve energy defensively but he still can play great defense when he needs to. Rondo and Rubio are both the types of stars/superstars that are underappreciated by common fans because they don't post gaudy scoring numbers. But they are great playmakers and defenders. Make no mistake about it. If you get good spot-up shooters and finishers around then they'll light up a team and lead that team to lots of success. Because they give their team defensively what Curry and Harden give their teams in the scoring column.
