LOL if the guy goes out to grab something to eat and unwind with friends after game is such a big deal to you??

he should have gone straight home and just gone drive thru or ordered chinese food right?

Jordan gambled and smoked cigars during the playoffs and people here wanna b**** about Harden getting Hookah?

the team had 3 nights off after game 1. Next you'll say he shouldn't have had Ice Cream the next day at the Astros game...

Jordan smoked a Cuban cigar on the way to every home game in his Ferrari ....source cited in cigar aficionado magazine from back in the day ..Phil confirms it too

Lmao. No one in the NBA goes out between games. Only Harden. Completely meaningless.

It’s hardens life, he’s always grinding and it’s good to relax but if I were him no way would I be focused on anything else other then the playoffs.

Plus inhaling smoke isn’t doing him any favors, sure one time won’t hurt but it has its effects.

LOL only in CF.net can going out after a game can be construed as not focusing on the playoffs

One more reason why Giannis is my favorite player. Dude is out of the playoffs but he has still been putting in work. I know Harden has a personal chef that could whoop him up something nutritious so he can stay focused. On the other hand, this may be Harden's way of getting focused. Who dafuq am I to judge?

I would say Harden was very good in Game 2, yeah; but it took him (and the entire team) a loooooooong time to shake off the lethargy. Harden had, what?, five shots in the 1st quarter, something like that? He did have some assists.

Meanwhile the Jazz just came after us. Anyway, the night life in SLC isn't as kicking, so maybe the team can stay focused.

Many of you are minimizing a legitimate issue. Smoking cigars is not the same as smoking weed or becoming intoxicated with alcohol. Hangovers last a long time. I remember being made fun of for calling out Stevie Franchise. Look at him now. Many of you insisted for years that there was no problem. There was a problem. I am still convinced that the playoff turnover record against GS a couple years ago and the abomination against SA a year ago were the result of hangovers.

I am not saying he did. It is just that he has a "history" of clubbing. There are numerous pictures, and even videos of him in an intoxicated state. I wish he would have enough respect for his fellow players, the fans, and the City to keep his night life restricted to the regular season. He has every right to do what he wants, but if he really wants to win it all, I would do everything possible to stay focused. Last night LeBron J looked focused.

Hopefully he'll be out partying tonight after the crushing road victory over the Jazz. Too bad he'll be in Salt Lake City, but he must know the good places to hang out in every city with an NBA team.

Seemed to be the case. He wasn’t even that mad. It was kinda like he was expecting it... same treatment he got in last year’s playoffs when he basically took himself out when the league took away his strengths - 3 point shooting and getting fouled going to the basket. They will have to adjust out of the iso game and heavy ball movement. Literally, he’s gonna want to avoid getting fouled - which is contrary to his game and in the end he’ll get the calls. He’s gonna really have to step outside his comfort zone. Which I can see he’s really taking it on.
